The room facilities are new and clean, with a retro and stylish decor – small but charming. The hotel also pays great attention to detail. Laila's service was very warm and she patiently answered all our questions. We had a great experience at the hotel and would definitely consider staying again.

Decided to check out the newly opened Indigo. The design is very 'CCD' (Contemporary, Chic, and Distinctive), though I've seen so much of this style lately it's starting to feel a bit generic. However, the service was, without a doubt, the best I've ever experienced at an Indigo. It really lives up to the InterContinental Hotels Group's reputation; the staff's overall professionalism and quality were exceptional, making this my best overall experience. They handled guest feedback incredibly promptly and efficiently! Make sure to choose a room overlooking the park, as one side is currently under construction. Breakfast was fantastic! While most five-star hotel breakfasts are pretty similar, the key here was that it ran until 12 PM during the Chinese New Year period. This was a lifesaver for those who wanted to sleep in. Plus, there were two managers in the breakfast area, constantly attentive to every guest's needs. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and cheerful, always smiling. They truly maximized the emotional value of the stay! And they always tried their best to accommodate any requests, never saying no to a guest! Absolutely brilliant 👍 I honestly think the soft skills here outweigh the hardware. If they could just perfect the cleanliness and some of the finishing details after renovation, it would be flawless. Overall, the stay was really excellent! Sticking with this brand definitely pays off!

Second time staying here, and the front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly helpful. I was lucky enough to get an upgrade to a room with a 135-degree view! The Indigo Chengdu's aesthetics are on point; the green wall tiles feel both retro and modern, very chic. Everything was just perfect.

True to the Indigo brand, the hotel facilities are very new. They even prepared a simple birthday setup as requested and gave a small birthday cake. The pool water quality is excellent, and you can even listen to music underwater! The coffee machine is Nespresso, endorsed by Wang Chuqin, which is a huge bonus! My stay last night was very comfortable and satisfying. A big thank you to Laila for her attentive follow-up as well.

The hotel is relatively new and very clean. The front desk even upgraded our room type. The location is also good, very close to the SKP shopping area. It's highly recommended. During the Chinese New Year, the hotel also had special events, which was a very thoughtful touch.

Avoid at all costs!!! This is my first negative review ever, and this is by far the worst five-star hotel at this price point. 1. Construction started before 8 am, making it impossible to get decent sleep, which ruined my entire day. 2. The lobby is incredibly tacky. It's embarrassing for business guests or couples. It felt more like a budget motel. Everyone was crammed together, making it noisy and completely lacking in privacy. 3. I booked a king room, but they mistakenly gave us a twin room. This wasted our time and energy, and they didn't do anything to fix it afterward. Their crisis management is nonexistent. 4. The room's amenities bag was dirty, and there were black stains on the bathrobe. Many areas were not properly cleaned. 5. All their fancy 'check-in photo ops' are pointless if they can't even get the basic customer experience and hygiene right. They clearly lack customer-centric thinking. 6. I've stayed in countless hotels, and this is the first time one has triggered an allergic reaction in me. My entire face was itchy and red. They seriously need to address the bedding and overall cleanliness! P.S. The only thing worth praising is the concierge team. The staff members were handsome and provided excellent service. I will never choose this hotel again. It simply doesn't live up to its supposed standard.

I specifically went to experience this hotel because it's a CCD design, and the overall style perfectly integrates with the Jiaozi financial district. Laila's service was also very thoughtful and meticulous. I've already recommended it to many friends planning to visit Chengdu.

The service was great! Felix was really enthusiastic and helped me with my luggage during checkout. The front desk lady (I forgot her name) was also very helpful. Although the air conditioning was too hot, I endured it for 3 days and couldn't take it anymore. After I told them, they sent a fan, and I slept really well for the next two nights. The breakfast was delicious!

Wendy at the guest services center was excellent and very welcoming. We were very happy with the room they assigned us. The hotel's decor also has a great sense of style. Our stay was very pleasant, and we'll definitely be returning.
