Hotel Indigo CHENGDU FINANCIAL CITY by IHG

I've stayed at most of the star-rated hotels in the south of the city, and this new one is quite unique. It's very convenient if you're driving, as you can park right outside. The staff proactively helped with my luggage, and check-in was very quick. The lobby isn't huge, but it's just the right size and never felt crowded. The room key is pretty special, shaped like an ancient coin. The scent in the public areas was lovely. The room design was exactly as shown in the official pictures – a mix of various elements that surprisingly blended together well. It had a bit of a vintage European feel with modern design touches. The bedding was top-notch. The blackout curtains were incredibly effective; it was already bright outside, but virtually no light seeped in. The air conditioning was quiet and maintained a stable temperature. It would be even better if there was a Bluetooth speaker, though you can cast music to the TV. For breakfast on the first day, I ordered a spicy noodle dish that was incredibly authentic, almost indistinguishable from what you'd get at a local noodle shop, and they also had 'bingfen,' a local specialty dessert. If you're used to traditional star hotels, this place is definitely worth a try.

Fantastic family-friendly stay with the kids! The hotel had everything ready, from kids' bathrobes to toiletries. The heated pool was clean and safe, and the underwater music was a huge hit with the little ones. The Jiaozi-themed decor offered a great chance to teach my child some history, and Jiaozi Park is right outside for a nice stroll. The breakfast even had options suitable for children. The service was thoughtful, making it a stress-free trip with the kids. We'll definitely be back!

No two Indigo hotels are the same, and the service at this Indigo varies with each stay. I booked with a corporate rate that earns points, but was informed upon arrival that there would be no Diamond member benefits. I can't understand why the owner would be so stingy and try to have it both ways.

The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom tiles had a unique custom design, incorporating bamboo motifs. Glory at the front desk provided excellent service, and even arranged a complimentary shuttle to the station.

I've been an IHG member for a long time, and this is my first stay at an Indigo hotel – it's really impressive! The design is trendy, and the service is excellent. Special shout-out to Ms. Luo at the front desk. They even let you keep the room card as a souvenir – perfect for someone who loves collecting mementos!

Breakfast includes authentic Chengdu snacks (like Dandan noodles), and the rooftop bar is definitely worth a visit. * **Location:** Situated in the heart of the Financial City, it's within walking distance of Jiaozi Park and the Twin Towers, offering excellent transportation links.

This hotel truly has a fantastic design, and for this price, it's an incredible value! The service was very warm and welcoming, and the room features are all brand new. The smart toilet is a definite plus. Highly recommend! 👍

The hotel's decor is beautiful, and as a new hotel, the facilities are new too. They even provide Dyson hair dryers and good quality mineral water. It's definitely worth staying there; it's very quiet.
