Khai Karaköy

The location and service was amazing very friendly staff especially Umut who was a great help.

I was welcomed warmly the day I checked in. Place was quiet small than I expected. Prior to my booking I made a request not to be near any noise or elevator. And the very day I checked in my room was near the laundry room or cleaning room. Right behind my window was a walk way. Literally could hear anything and everything. My night was quite restless since I’m not a deep sleeper neither do I enjoy noise at night and too much engagement darling in the morning. Due to the walkway and the laundry room I didn’t enjoy my night at all…. 😔. But , in all of it the workers are very welcoming and kind, helpful. I say this because I felt really sick a day after my check in. From the receptionist and cleaners everyone  lend a hand one way or the other. And my overall gratitude and appreciation goes to Mateen. This man took me to the hospital, stayed with me throughout. And saw through it all that I was taken care of till I was discharged.at first I was so worried I cried because I felt bad for myself and got scared. Like how am I sick on a solo trip in a 1st time country and literally don’t know anyone. But, mateen cleared it all . He made sure I took my ***** . Literally felt like I had an immediate family / friend around me. Got much better and guess, who was willing to take me around town “ Mateen “ I had so much fun within a short period. And I’m glad in all of it he was there. Thank you so much  Mateen for your unconditional kindness. Besides my ordeal with the room the location is actually perfect. Shout out to  İlker and all the guys.

I have been many times to istanbul but this was the Fırst time staying at Khai Karakoy and it was amazing! The rooms are same as the photo’s and they are very nice and clean. The staff is very nice and helpfull to us. The location of the hotel is perfect for your visit in istanbul becaus everything is very close. The Galatatower is 5-10 min walking, you can hop on the T1 tram within 3-5 min walking who brings you to Eminönü or the mosque. Also a lot of taxi’s are nearby and the hotels helpt with it to. Also the breakfast is really good. The hotel has his own chef for the breakfast and for the restaurant on the roof of the building where you can eat with a amazing view of the Bosporus. This hotel has one of the best locations if you go to istanbul for the first time or if you want a hotel thats nearby everything and easy for transport. I am going back for sure.
