Radisson Hotel Danang

The hotel has a prime location, less than a 5-minute walk to My Khe Beach. You can watch the sunrise right from your bed, and there are seafood and local Vietnamese restaurants just behind the hotel. They also provide welcome souvenirs, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is good, everything is clean, the staff are very polite, and the breakfast is quite good, though I expected a wider selection of dishes.

Located right in front of My Khe Beach, we booked an ocean-view room and the scenery was amazing. However, restaurants along the beach play extremely loud music at night, so there was a heavy thumping bass sound all night long. I'm a heavy sleeper so it was fine for me, but light sleepers might struggle to get any rest. The rooftop pool is on the 21st floor and offers great views. As for breakfast, while it had fewer options compared to another hotel we stayed at, the food here tasted much better. Also, breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, which was a huge plus for us since we wanted to head to Ba Na Hills early in the morning.

Facilities: The facilities are well-maintained. Hygiene: As an international chain brand, the hygiene is guaranteed. The hotel is located right on Da Nang beach, just across the road. It's about a 15-minute Grab ride from the airport, costing around 35 RMB. Getting to Da Nang train station is about the same fare as to the airport, which is quite convenient. For food, if you walk away from the beach, there are many restaurants, bars, and massage parlors. Overall, it's very convenient.

Chinese travelers might want to avoid this place. The lobby always has a strong, pungent African sandalwood scent that's really unpleasant and makes me feel nauseous every time I walk through it.

This hotel isn't new, but it's still in good condition. As soon as you step inside, you can tell it's a chain hotel. Everything is well-thought-out, from the room design to the hotel itself and even the staff. The reception and housekeeping staff do an excellent job; it's clear they follow a checklist. Breakfasts are also good, even delicious. However, there was a slightly musty smell in the rooms, perhaps due to an issue with the split air conditioning system or simply because we got one of those rooms. On the 21st floor, there's a wonderful infinity pool and a lobby bar. There are always not enough sun loungers by the pool; they're always occupied.
