Radisson Hotel Danang

The ocean view from the room was superb, and we had a great view of the sunrise. The room was clean, based on a white color scheme, and spacious enough. We also received free bottled water. Breakfast offered a wide variety and was delicious.

Everything was perfect from arrival to departure! We are very satisfied; the pool, proximity to the beach, delicious breakfasts, and exceptional service mean we will definitely be back.

This hotel was an extreme disappointment for me. I paid 1200 yuan for one night in an executive room, only to find it was a mere 30 square meters with a long, narrow corridor. It's truly not worth the price!!! In my opinion, this room shouldn't cost more than 600 yuan! The floor was moldy, and there was no balcony or window! While it's true that it's right by the central part of My Khe Beach, all the hotels in the area are close to My Khe Beach anyway. This definitely doesn't live up to a 5-star standard.

I stayed for three nights in a king room on the 17th floor with lounge access. The balcony was small, just enough space to stand and look outside for a bit. The parapet wall slightly obstructed the ocean view from the room. I prefer seeing palm trees and the beach rather than just the sky and sea, so perhaps the 10th floor would have been ideal. Lounge access came with rooms on the 17th floor and above, and the snacks were better than I expected, though not enough to choose a room specifically for them. Alcohol options included red and white wine, and various domestic canned beers; no draft beer was available. The noise from the beach bar and traffic was barely noticeable. The 21st-floor pool offered the infinity feel I was expecting. There weren't many loungers by the pool, but there were plenty of seats at the adjacent bar, so finding a place to sit was never an issue. I chose this hotel because I felt the clientele at its pool was more relaxed compared to other high-rise hotels nearby. However, the background music was quite loud; switching to more relaxing music would differentiate them and make it more comfortable, although it would be ruined if kids were making a lot of noise. Overall, it was a satisfying stay.

I rarely write reviews, and I usually don't leave bad ones unless something is truly unbearable. But this time, the experience at this address was so bad I couldn't stand it. We booked two rooms with a friend's family; we were on the 18th floor, and they were on the 8th. The room conditions were poor. The bath towels and regular towels were old and unusable, which wasn't a huge issue since we usually bring our own. However, I couldn't sleep at all the first night because of the loud, thumping music from the bar outside that continued until past midnight. The next morning, I went to the front desk to inquire if there was an issue with the room. The receptionist told me I was the first person that day to complain about this, adding that because my floor was high and not directly facing the bar, and it wasn't even the weekend, I shouldn't be bothered and perhaps I was too sensitive. I was genuinely annoyed when she implied I was sensitive; I can usually fall asleep instantly. After learning the hotel couldn't do anything, I asked my friends about their situation, and it was even worse. Not only couldn't they sleep because of the noise, but their curtains were full of holes, forcing them awake by the sunlight streaming in at 5 or 6 AM. The lights in their room were also flickering, and the shower pressure was incredibly low… I'm speechless. Avoid this place at all costs!
