Holiday Inn Express & Suites FREDERICKSBURG by IHG

This was an excellent stay. We arrived late, and were met by a very friendly desk attendant. The room was clean and the beds were very nice.

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful. Great value!

great location right off of route 95, easy check in and check out, good breakfast, comfortable bed, all for a very reasonable price

room was comfortable and clean, although the bathroom was quite worn (clean though), breakfast was very good

It was a good room but there was lots of trouble unlocking the door. Either the key or the lock itself had issues because it took 2 mins. to unlock the door when it should only take a few seconds. It's one thing I would suggest updating. Otherwise the room was great aside from the tv not working. Great lighting in the room and in the bathroom.

Evening staff seemed not to care much, Tv was small and outdated, thin blankets. Price matched the overall quality

The check in desk personnel could be more professional. Also, we didn't have any bath towels and had to ask twice to have them sent to our room.

Dirty room, no toilet paper in our room or at the hotel at all. There was one employee working, they brought us a half used roll of toilet paper. Sketchy area.
