Holiday Inn Express & Suites FREDERICKSBURG by IHG

This was an excellent stay. We arrived late, and were met by a very friendly desk attendant. The room was clean and the beds were very nice.

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful. Great value!

Hotel personnel were very friendly and very helpful! Check in and check out was very quick and painless!!!

great location right off of route 95, easy check in and check out, good breakfast, comfortable bed, all for a very reasonable price

A decent, affordable hotel in a convenient location to I-95. Older facility, some run-down aspects of furniture, tub, etc. Bed was comfortable. Parking was an issue. I had to park in a handicapped space in an old motel parking lot next door. Didn't like the side hotel door propped open with a big rock so I removed it.

Mold in the bathrooms, causing us to change rooms. In general this hotel is not maintained well - one elevator was broken, stains on the carpet. Broken curtain rod in the bathroom. Very friendly staff. It’s a shame their management doesn’t better maintain the hotel. Location wasn’t the best. Lots of people lingering outside late at night. Hotel breakfast was good - hot and well maintained/replenished.

The bathroom had no light over the mirror had a light on the ceiling that was useless two switches on the wall in the bathroom one for the light one for a fan, which didn’t exist at all. There was just one light in the ceiling no other fixtures the bed was soft and lumpy. Terrible night sleep would not recommend to anyone.

Superlative a/c - best ever in a hotel. Big room for a 2Q, quiet top floor room. Some floor-to-ceiling noise on lower floors. Quietest rooms are top floor back side, away from traffic noise. Real bathroom door (no barn door). Close to Target and restaurants.

A lot of signs regarding safety and police activity so that was concerning but staff reassured us it was a safe area and it was such a wonderful stay!
