Pathumwan Princess Hotel

Simply a dream. Great hotel. This was our third time here and we'll be back again. Thanks for the excellent service.

Excellent hotel, close to all event venues and malls. It's clean and even has a bidet, which shows it's 100% excellent!

This hotel boasts an excellent location, sharing a building with MBK shopping mall and very close to the department stores in the Siam area. The hotel's swimming pool is great, and the breakfast menu changes daily. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Bangkok.

Very clean. The only minor complaint is that the trash can is a bit small, but the staff were very diligent in cleaning. I'd suggest the hotel consider adopting a system like Japanese hotels where guests can specify cleaning details, as I personally don't need my bed made every day. The location is great. Although you have to walk through the entire mall from the BTS station, the mall is air-conditioned so it's not a hassle. It happened to be my birthday trip to Thailand, and the hotel surprised me with a lovely cake.

Service: After looking at several hotels, I finally decided on Pathumwan Princess Hotel, and it turned out to be the right choice! As soon as we arrived, staff at the entrance helped with our luggage, gave us a luggage tag, and had it sent to our room. The front desk lady was also super nice and handled the check-in very efficiently. Environment: The room was clean and tidy. Although it's an older hotel, the room didn't feel dated at all. It's about a fifteen-minute walk to Chulalongkorn Night Market, and right next to a shopping mall and the MRT, which is super convenient. There's also a 7-Eleven downstairs, so plenty of milk tea every day! ✌ Breakfast: The variety isn't huge, but it changes daily. I highly recommend the freshly made noodle soup!

A truly perfect hotel. Great location and excellent service. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the pool and sauna were fantastic. I was lucky to get it at a discounted rate and hope the hotel offers promotions frequently. This is an absolutely perfect hotel, right next to NBK.

Excellent location, within walking distance to several large malls in the Siam district, and about a 12-minute walk to Chulalongkorn Night Market, which we visited every night. The hotel service was great, though breakfast was just okay. The room was clean, and overall, it offered good value for money.
