The room was okay, but the bathroom didn't have an outlet for the hairdryer, so I had to go outside to dry my hair. The absolute worst part was the hairdryer itself – it felt like something from the 80s, old and outdated, completely out of sync with a five-star hotel. My hair was a mess after using it. The toiletries were also very mediocre. Their highlights are the gym and the pool, but there's no spin dryer for swimsuits. The path from the pool to the changing rooms is very slippery and lacks non-slip mats, so you need to be careful. Also, if you're under 21, you can't access their trendy photo spot on the 51st floor, which wasn't clearly stated in the hotel's information!

The room was new and spacious, and check-in was quick. Breakfast offered a good variety. The Sky Bar on the 51st floor is a popular spot, with fantastic night views. It's also very close to Pavilion and the Petronas Towers, easily within walking distance, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, on the first night, someone accidentally triggered the fire alarm, and we had to walk down over 30 flights of stairs to the lobby in the middle of the night, only to find out it was a false alarm. The apology letter arrived a day later, and they offered a late check-out as compensation, so they did address it. Also, on the first night, the shower water temperature was normal, but on the second night, around the same time, the water suddenly turned cold. I didn't complain at the time because I was already done showering.

The hotel's location is fantastic. I booked a Twin Towers view room and could directly admire Kuala Lumpur's iconic landmark, the Twin Towers. It was great! Blue, the bar on the 51st floor, is an excellent spot to enjoy views of both the Twin Towers and the KL Tower. The hotel's service was also superb; the staff were very good and welcoming. A very pleasant stay!

The room cleaning was excellent, the pool view was stunning, the cafe food was absolutely delicious, and the cocktails at the lobby bar were fantastic. Every step of the service was thoughtful and warm – I loved it!

Great location, within walking distance to everything. The room was spacious, and the bathroom amenities were very complete, even with a bathtub. Excellent value for money! We didn't have a reservation for the bar upstairs at the time, though.
