DNZ Taksim Feridiye Hotel

The room design is quite unique and the lighting creates a nice ambiance ✨, but the facilities are noticeably old. The bathroom corners were moldy and the floor drain had accumulated grime. The bedding wasn't clean either; overall, the cleanliness wasn't up to par. However, the front desk service was excellent; they proactively helped resolve issues 👍, which was a real plus. The stay itself was just okay, but the warm human touch made up for it.

The room has good ventilation, and the staff are very helpful and communicate well. It's also conveniently located; you can easily walk to bus stops, the subway, and the tram.

The location is excellent, very close to the bustling Istiklal Street and the subway. However, food options in the immediate vicinity are quite expensive.

The mattress was full of pills, and even with a sheet over it, it still felt lumpy. The service was also poor; despite asking for room cleaning, it wasn't done.
