Housekeeping doesnt refreshed the rooms properly, front desk was amazing

Good for families. And the location is central having good access to shops and resto. Also comes with complimentary breakfast which are fine, not so fancy not so cheap. Just average continent breakfast. Overall, the hotel is good.

Stayed for a couple’s getaway! The suite was spacious and comfortable. We were able to spread out, get ready for fun nights on the town and especially to relax and sleep. Hot breakfast is served from 7-10am and checkout at noon. There’s a good selection of items available for purchase at the front desk. It was a fantastic time! We planned our stay for the weekend and ended up extending for another day. Without a doubt would return!

The evening staff during my check in was awesome! Facial expressions means alot the young lady was very polite and helpful! I will stay here every time im in Lake Charles!

Staff were friendly, hotel was a little run down- not like the pictures. Room had peeling wallpaper, broken light fixtures, and no hot water. Would not recommend

Breakfast was a limited menu spread which was ok, parking is available onsite which was fine. The staff was OK, and didn't seem to really understand Mariott Bonvoy loyalty works - I am a Gold Elite but they refused to acknowledge it

The staff was amazing. She was the only one on duty and she was very courteous, however they were overbooked and we did not get the accommodated room we were promised. This is definitely something that needs to be looked into.

For the Price the room was not up to par , low water pressure ,dirty towels and floors.

Room was clean and a good size. Parking was easy, free and safe on the premises. Breakfast needs some work but overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.
