If you are looking for a hotel that prioritizes guest satisfaction and hospitality, this is the perfect place. The Staff: Absolutely amazing! From the front desk to the housekeeping team, every staff member was incredibly kind, polite, and always had a warm smile on their face. The Service: Exceptionally helpful. No matter what we needed assistance with, they were always ready to help and resolved everything quickly and effortlessly. Overall Experience: 10/10. The outstanding customer service made our stay completely stress-free and enjoyable. A big thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome. We will surely return!

Location: Within a street, just behind the St. Joseph Cathedral. Cleanliness: Look old, but overall very clean. Service: Room service very good, clean every day. Facilities: Hotel look old, the elevator broken in one of the day. The water temperature adjustment suck. The drink inside the water need to pay, no one tell me.

Location is great! Next to the cathedral, old quarter and one block away from the night market. Rooms are okay and more or less clean. Provide breakfast, we didn’t get a chance to have them because of our travel schedule. Some of best Pho and Banh mi stores are almost next to this hotel.

Excellent staffs, very clean, very good location if you want to be in the Old Quarter. Highly recommend you to stay at this hotel while traveling in Hanoi.

They not professional. When I arrived at the hotel the counter told me due to computer problem actually I had book their sister hotel . Actually is the hotel over booking. So they bring me to the sisters hotel which is Vision Premier hotel. I check on trip wedsityn which is cheaper by $4 . But they didn't pay back the different .

This place is simply the best you cannot do better with regard to price and quality. Kim is amazing and anyone is lucky to be served by her or any other of the amazing staff.

clean rooms, but hard to find, tucked in a small street. great location, close to the chapel. room is small. there was a power and water outage during my trip, and it was intermittent. staff handled it ok, although there is much more to be desired. Won’t be staying here again.
