Hotel Lobby

Great service and facilities, though it was a shame the pool was closed for renovations. It can also get a bit noisy at night with people going to and from the rooftop bar, which isn't just for guests but open to the public until 3 AM. Other than that, the location is excellent, the service and facilities are superb, and the breakfast is incredible.

Excellent management and superb breakfasts at the restaurant. The only downsides are the lack of a pool and the somewhat gloomy room colors, which might not be to everyone's taste.

This was by far the best hotel I stayed at in Spain. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were spacious, and the location was perfect.

The hotel service was excellent; the staff were exceptionally welcoming. The breakfast had a pleasant ambiance and tasted good. The only minor flaw was that one pillowcase was slightly dirty, so I'd give it a 4.5 for cleanliness. Perhaps the linens were old. The room offered a distant view of the cathedral, and even the smaller suites offered a view.

The service was poor. No staff helped with my luggage upstairs during check-in, and the breakfast service was also terrible – cold and impersonal. Although the location is great, I wouldn't recommend it!
