Great location and atmosphere, but the beds let it down The location is excellent and the overall vibe of the hotel is lovely. It was easy to get around, and the common areas and rooms have a nice feel to them. What doesn’t make sense is the bed and pillows. For a hotel at this level, we expected much better. We’ve stayed at lower-star hotels that had noticeably more comfortable beds and pillows, and it affected our rest throughout the stay. When you’re paying for a better hotel, a good night’s sleep should be the one thing you can count on. If the management upgrades the mattresses and offers better pillows, or even a pillow menu, this would be an easy recommendation. As it stands, it’s a great place to be during the day, but not the best place to sleep.

Absolutely love this hotel. We have stayed many times over the years and the quality and service is consistently excellent. The Executive Lounge is beautiful. Highly recommend getting the lounge package when booking. You can enjoy coffee and snacks, afternoon tea and evening happy hour. The view from the balcony on the 10th floor is also lovely.
