The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the 36 Old Streets, making it super convenient for getting around. Both the welcoming staff and the front desk team were incredibly nice. This was definitely the best service I experienced on my entire trip.

First off, I booked a room with a window, but was given a room without one. I regret not mentioning it immediately. For breakfast, there wasn't as much variety as I expected, though the pho was delicious and tasted just how I like it. When I asked to store my luggage at checkout, they asked if I was flying home that night and kindly offered for me to use the shower when I came back to pick up my bags. It was a huge relief not to have to board the plane all sweaty.

This hotel is right in the heart of the old town. There are cafes, coffee shops, currency exchange, and laundries nearby. Upon check-in, the manager told us how to get to the attractions and offered welcome drinks and fruit. The breakfasts were very good. You can also ask for coffee to be made for you (it's free). The rooms are small but cozy. Housekeeping was excellent.

I had an unexpected layover in Hanoi for a day, so I booked this hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Old Quarter. The hotel itself has a charming Western-style villa feel, very cozy and comfortable. My room had a window, though it couldn't be opened. The service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, I was very pleased!

Overall, it's pretty good. It's located on 32nd Street, which is quite noisy outside, but the hotel's windows provide excellent soundproofing. The staff are highly professional, fluent in English, friendly, and provide attentive service. It's definitely recommendable.

Very comfortable, great for large families. The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. The rooftop has an amazing atmosphere and the location is superb. Definitely our first choice whenever we visit Hanoi.

This is a pretty good hotel, centrally located in the Old Town. The staff are proactive and enthusiastic. The restaurant is a popular spot on local review sites, definitely worth trying. The only downside is the terrifying local road conditions.
