Always happy to support them! The rooms are spacious, the service is excellent, and the rooms are clean and hygienic. Many business travelers, especially foreigners and Chinese, stay here. Their front desk staff is great and very easy to communicate with.

This is a new hotel in Semarang, and overall, it's pretty good. However, the calls to prayer and the train whistles from the station can really bother light sleepers. It's right next to Queen City, so shopping and dining are not a problem.

The room is nice, the interior is good, and the bathroom is also great. My only complaint is that the room isn't soundproof enough... I can still hear noise from the main road. I got a room on the 8th floor, but I could still hear vehicles and even trains from the room... it's not soundproof enough 🙏🏻 Everything else is excellent, the room is bright and clean, fantastic! 🫶🏻 It's right next to the mall, so convenient!

This hotel is centrally located in Semarang, within walking distance of attractions like Queen City Mall, the Old Semarang Post Office, and the Great Mosque. It's also conveniently located about 960 meters from Poncol Train Station, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Facilities and services include an outdoor pool, fitness center, executive lounge, free WiFi, and free parking. Some rooms feature a minibar and a private bathroom. A buffet breakfast is offered, and certain room types include executive lounge access. The staff are warm and welcoming, and check-in and check-out at the front desk are quick and easy. Overall, the service experience is excellent!

This is a very new hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities in the room are also quite good. The breakfast has a strong Indonesian flavor. The location is very close to the airport, less than a 20-minute drive. It's also not too far from the old town. The hotel is connected to a mall, which has many restaurants.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they processed my cancellation due to a flight delay, so that's a definite plus. This hotel probably ranks in the top three in Semarang for its environment and overall quality, making it quite recommendable. A couple of minor points though: 1. The duvet cover had some splash-like stains (see pictures 1 & 2), which I found quite off-putting. 2. The booking photos on Trip.com showed a small balcony, and I was looking forward to using it for a smoke. However, the balcony door was locked, and the air conditioning unit was also located on it.

This is a new hotel, and the room was very clean. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. It will definitely be my top choice for future trips. It's close to a shopping mall, and it also has a swimming pool and a gym. The service was good.
