To be honest a little pricey for a small room. But it definitely is an iconic hotel and the lobby is beautiful. Ducks are cute and the hotel is duck-themed. Parking is extremely expensive, 40 dollars.

Beautiful hotel. Very comfortable. The duck march was so fun for the kids. Only complaint is the noise at night due to the construction outside.

Beautiful landmark hotel in the best location in Memphis. Great dining options on site and close by. One block from Beale Street and BB King’s Club. Highly recommend.

German roaches in the bed. No follow up from the management. No record of our calling and reporting the infestation to management. No report from housekeeping about the incident. It must be a common occurrence for the staff to act so nonchalant.

The connected parking was convenient. The hotel room was clean, the room service was quick and good. The service was amazing. This is definitely where I'll be staying everytime i visit memphis...which is saying alot because I'm extremely picky and usually prefer modern/sleek hotels

The staff in the deli were delightful. When my wife and I got our signals crossed, Nicole stepped out and told me where she was waiting for me. The food there in the offerings were also great.
