Ramada Encore by Wyndham Chongqing Guanyinqiao

Checked in at noon and found the Wi-Fi in the room was poor. I informed the front desk and went out, expecting it to be fixed. When I came back at 9 PM, there was still no internet. After checking, the maintenance staff confirmed that the room's Wi-Fi was indeed broken. I requested a room change, but was told there were no king rooms available. Eventually, they gave me a makeshift king bed made by pushing two twin beds together. There was no sofa, just a single stool. To make matters worse, when I came back from a midnight snack at 11 PM, a large tour group was checking in, and the window of my new room was half-blocked by a concrete wall, which was a real eyesore. The next day, when I extended my stay, they moved me to an Executive King room, which was just so-so.

The hotel is right in the heart of Guanyinqiao, with the popular Ziwei Road just behind it, where you can find plenty of cozy pubs and cafés to relax in. The room was great, the facilities were well-maintained, and the breakfast was quite good. Overall, the service was excellent. I will definitely stay here again on my next business trip to Chongqing! 👍

The room was extremely clean, tidy, and bright. The staff were warm and attentive. There is plenty of delicious food nearby, and it's very close to the Guanyinqiao attraction. A wonderful stay, highly recommended!

Stayed here for a business trip. The hotel environment is quiet and comfortable, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The room is fully equipped with amenities like screen casting and a full-length mirror, and the service response was prompt. The location is excellent with convenient transportation. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Chongqing.

Great location, easy to get around, very clean and hygienic. There is an underground parking garage with plenty of parking spaces. There are also plenty of dining options downstairs, making everything super convenient. Check-in was fast and efficient. Will definitely stay here again next time!

Had a wonderful check-in experience. The front desk receptionist was warm and welcoming. I will definitely choose to stay here again. The facilities are complete, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view, and the soundproofing is quite good. Even though the business district is bustling, it doesn't disturb your rest at all. Check-in was very fast.

I had a very satisfying stay at this Ramada Encore in Chongqing this time, and I just have to share it with everyone! The young lady at the front desk was extremely warm and proactive, and even upgraded us to a room with a big window. The hotel's location is also fantastic—right next to Line 6 of the subway, making it super convenient to get to the scenic spots. They also offer free luggage storage! It was recently renovated, so it's much prettier than before~~

The breakfast is relatively rich, and the hotel has great surrounding facilities. It's only about a 500-meter walk to the subway, making it very convenient to get anywhere. The front desk service was excellent, and they even provided welcome fruits!

The location is pretty good, quite close to Guanyin Bridge, about a 30-minute walk. Parking is right in front of the hotel, though there are only a few spots; I'm not sure if there's an underground garage. I booked an executive twin room, which was L-shaped, and the bathroom was quite small. The fridge had complimentary drinks, which was a nice touch. However, the shower water pressure was very low at night. I called the front desk, and they sent someone to fix it, after which it improved.
