The Atlantic Motel

We have been coming to the Atlantic for many years and have always had a very positive experience. Improvements and room renovations have been done in the last few years which points to wanting to make the experience comfortable for guests. We love an ocean facing room with a balcony which the Atlantic has several of. Being a little north of the action of Ocean Boulevard but still within reach was one of the initial draws for us. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool is heated. The Atlantic is the little engine that could in an ever developing coastal environment. Including right next door which, while currently ongoing, did not disturb our stay. A big bonus is their private parking area that is strictly for guests and overlooks the marsh. You can catch a pretty sunset looking out that way and observe the egrets and marsh wildlife. If you are looking for a nice, comfortable stay with plenty of things to do nearby with sunrises and clean sand, the Atlantic is a great choice. Non-smoking anywhere on the property, except the parking area, no pets, no continental breakfast. If you are looking for something higher end with breakfast, exercise room, lounge, etc. then there are other options but the ocean is just beautiful regardless of where one chooses to stay....our choice is The Atlantic.

The Atlantic Motel is a nice family run business. The rooms were clean although a little outdated. There were no problems checking in and the staff was very hospitable. Pool area was warm and clean. This is our second time staying there and I would do it again.

Location was perfect for getting to the seafood fest. Our room was in the back so we weren’t facing the street, but it was quiet which was nice. The room was clean. The facility seemed like it’s a little bit older. I thought the price was just a little steep for the room. The staff was friendly. The pool was heated and very clean.

Staff was great, Kris and Andi were attentive and helped with our needs, free parking and the only one with a pool by the ocean! Little kitchen was very helpful with my picky daughter so we could make her meals before going out. Will absolutely stay again.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean and neat. Had all the amenities we needed. Love the proximity to the water and shops and restaurants. Only now was there were two families on both sides of our room that were disruptive after 10 PM, but I did not make the hotel staff aware. .

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great, steps from the beach and close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants on the boardwalk. Room was very clean and had all we needed. It was nice and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Great people, great view, clean rooms, clean pool. Very satisfied. This is my 2nd year staying there and I will definitely go again.

Enjoyed every minute with our grandchildren! Location is perfect and the kids enjoy the pool!waking to everything is always a plus!

Very clean and comfortable room supplied with a kitchenette and some dishes and cookware. I would recommend for a close to the beach and ***** Hampton’s beach visit. Very kid friendly as we saw children each of our six day stay. The front desk attendant was friendly and courteous and attentive. Well priced and would definitely stay here again for a summer vacation.
