Excellent customer services and facilities. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful with every single question from setting up the useful apps, internet issues to high speed train check in process. They are very patient to all of our questions, it’s the first time for us to visist China and their kindness and help made our journey very smooth and peaceful. The hotel environment was nice and cosy. It was walking distance to Mrt station and it helped to bring us around in Chongjing. We initially were planning to stay one night, the next day we decided to extend to another 2 nights in a row. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Their service made us have a happy stay at the hotel. If we would come back again, we would definitely stay at this hotel for the next trip. Our room was on the 36th floor and the views were stunning both at night and the day!!

The hotel's decor was incredibly cozy and romantic. The moment I stepped in, I felt completely relaxed.
