Chongqing Marriott Hotel

Had a small issue on the first day, but the manager, Crystal, handled it well. Overall, it was a good stay. Their slippers are even better than Conrad's! Watching TV was also very comfortable.

Amazing window views and great value for money! Although the hotel is a bit older, it's very well-maintained. My only minor complaint is the lack of trash cans. The service was good, and check-out was a breeze.

The room was spacious, and the front desk kindly upgraded our room type, fulfilling my wish to collect room key cards. The hotel's decor is elegant, and the views are excellent, especially from the rooftop observation deck. Breakfast was plentiful. The only minor drawback was that a few of the staff members were not as attentive.

It was just okay, nothing special. The breakfast felt pretty standard, honestly a bit worse than what I've had at the Suining Marriott, which is surprising. There was a minor hiccup during my stay, but it was resolved in the end. A shame I didn't get to experience the executive lounge.

I wanted a quieter hotel and ended up choosing the Marriott. It's definitely much quieter than the bustling downtown area of Yuzhong. The hotel is a bit older, so the facilities are a little dated, but the room we stayed in was well-maintained. The breakfast is great for those who don't eat spicy food, and the *xiaomian* (noodles) were delicious! I especially loved their homemade chili oil – a spoonful in the noodles made them fragrant without being too spicy. In the evening, you can go up to the observation deck to see the night view, with the neon lights of both banks stretching out before you.

The location isn't great; there are no malls or large restaurants nearby. The only good thing is the night view from the 50th floor. The room is a bit old, but the size is decent.

Overall, it's pretty good. The views and location are excellent. My driver told me that the best food is in Nan'an, so I recommend everyone stay and explore Nan'an. The night view of the river is amazing.

The hotel has good soundproofing, and the observation deck offers a nice night view. The rooms are also spacious.

This Marriott seems to be an older property, and you can tell the facilities are showing their age. I was woken up early in the morning by the sound of housekeeping vacuuming in the hallway, so the soundproofing isn't great. The cleanliness was fine, and all other services were normal.
