Excellent customer services and facilities. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful with every single question from setting up the useful apps, internet issues to high speed train check in process. They are very patient to all of our questions, it’s the first time for us to visist China and their kindness and help made our journey very smooth and peaceful. Definitely will come back when I visit Chongqing again.

The hotel environment was nice and cosy. It was walking distance to Mrt station and it helped to bring us around in Chongjing. We initially were planning to stay one night, the next day we decided to extend to another 2 nights in a row. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Their service made us have a happy stay at the hotel. If we would come back again, we would definitely stay at this hotel for the next trip. Our room was on the 36th floor and the views were stunning both at night and the day!!

The hotel's decor was incredibly cozy and romantic. The moment I stepped in, I felt completely relaxed. Both the toiletries and the bedding were of high quality, and coupled with the thoughtful and attentive service from the staff, I was truly, truly satisfied. Plus, the hotel even upgraded my room for free, which made for a very comfortable night.

I was prepared for the hotel to be a bit old, but it exceeded my expectations! The front desk upgraded my room during check-in. I'm quite sensitive to smells, but the room was well-purified, and it was also very quiet. Much better than the Sheraton (also a Marriott property) I booked next door last year, and the room was still well-maintained and felt quite new. I was here for a concert, and the location was pretty convenient. To top it all off, I was pleasantly surprised to find I was staying at the same hotel as the artist – that definitely boosted my impression of the place!
