We really enjoyed our stay here, especially because of the location. The hotel is very close to Disneyland Paris, and you can either walk to the parks (12 to 15 mins) or take the free shuttle bus. This was incredibly convenient, especially after spending the whole day at Disneyland.
The room has a small kitchen, which was very useful for us as we wanted to prepare some simple lunches to bring with us to Disneyland. However, there were no proper kitchen knives available, which made food preparation a little inconvenient. The lighting in the living room and kitchen could also be brighter, as these areas felt a little dim at times, but it wasn’t a major issue for us.
There were a couple of other minor issues. One of the electrical sockets in the living room, which we converted into a bedroom by turning the sofa into a bed, didn’t work, so we had to find another socket to use. Also, if you need an iron, there is also a £20 cash deposit required to borrow one. This was quite inconvenient, as we don’t normally travel with cash anymore, especially when travelling internationally. It would be much more convenient if the deposit could be paid by card or held as a temporary card deposit.
On the positive side, the staff were lovely and very helpful. We had an issue late at night trying to figure out how to turn on the shower, and the receptionist answered the phone even at that time and helped us. We really appreciated how friendly and patient they were.
The hotel did provide towels and soap. They also have a swimming pool that is open until 8pm, as well as a spa and gym. Unfortunately, we didn’t have much time to use these facilities because we spent most of our days at Disneyland!
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Disneyland Paris. The location, free shuttle, kitchen facilities and friendly staff make it a very convenient place to stay. There are a few small things that could be improved, but overall we had a pleasant and convenient stay.
