The Memory at on on Hotel

This hotel has beautiful and clean public areas with a Nyonya-style decor. All the staff were excellent, and the bedding was super soft and comfortable. There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste in the room, but you can just ask the front desk if you forgot to bring your own. The only downside is the poor soundproofing; I could hear every single person walking by on the entire floor. Also, the room lighting was quite dim. Overall, though, it's still very much worth a stay.

Facilities: It has a vintage, nostalgic feel, but everything surprisingly looks new. It's clean but designed to look aged, not rundown. Hygiene: Very clean; the bedding and floors are spotless. Environment: Comfortable and tidy. The hotel offers complimentary herbal tea, iced water, and lemongrass water. There are traditional Thai desserts available for self-service next to the bar. Service: Thai service is generally excellent, but here it's exceptional. Every staff member, from service staff to housekeepers, is always smiling. There's also a barista in the hotel's cafe who studied Chinese in Northeast China and chatted with us a lot. At night, the hotel gates close, and you need your key card to enter, so safety is not a concern. Highly recommended, great value for money.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Phuket Town. There's a street nearby with lots of souvenir shops, plenty of restaurants, and a 7-Eleven just around the corner. The hotel offers complimentary afternoon tea and pastries, and the mini-bar drinks are free. The overall ambiance has a unique Southeast Asian style, which is lovely. The staff are incredibly warm and friendly; they even walked us to the door and waved us off when we left. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Phuket!

The room was spacious. The standard room didn't look big in the pictures, so I booked a room with a sofa. The sofa was so soft, comfortable, and large, and I absolutely loved its color! The room was very clean, with rustic decor. The bathroom was thoughtfully arranged, even with flower petals scattered around. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, helping with luggage – it truly felt like a home away from home. Right next to the entrance is Chinatown, with lots of restaurants and drink options nearby. 7-Eleven and the Superrich money exchange are also not far. It's a lively area, and staying here for a night to explore is excellent.
