Shamian Hotel

The hotel boasts an excellent location on Shamian Island, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to transportation. The rooms are clean and hygienic too!

The cleaning was good, but the hotel itself might be old and outdated, and the disinfection wasn't thorough enough, as there were fleas.

The room was quite damp and had a slight musty smell. The heating didn't work, and the duvet was very thin, so it was too cold to sleep at night. I wouldn't choose this place again unless absolutely necessary in winter. The location is excellent, right opposite the White Swan Hotel.

The hotel is very close to the river, and it's clean and tidy! The only downside is that dining options are a bit far away. Overall, I had a great experience!

This is a very old hotel that has been renovated and now offers excellent value for money. The location, transportation, and environment are all great, making it a top choice for a nostalgic trip. As for dining, the Qiao Mei Restaurant next door is undoubtedly the best Cantonese food you can find.

Nice environment and excellent location. I'd definitely choose to stay here again. There are many small restaurants around, and a convenience store downstairs, making everything super convenient. Thumbs up! 👍

The hotel is too old and hasn't been updated. The facilities are really poor. There's no hot air conditioning, just a thin duvet. They couldn't provide an electric heater, only offered a blanket, and it was still cold at night. The bathroom was also subpar. The only good thing about this place is its location on Shamian Island.

The location is quite good, making it easy to walk to Shamian Island and enjoy the Pearl River night view. 👍🏻 However, the facilities are a bit old and dated.
