Shamian Hotel

"This hotel provided, by far, the worst accommodation experience during my two-week stay in China, contrasting sharply with the excellent hotels I experienced previously. The overall standards-including the staff conduct, cleanliness, and amenities-were deplorable. A major concern was the night shift counter staff member, who displayed a level of unprofessionalism that was uniquely poor. Furthermore, upon arrival, the elevator had an overwhelmingly foul odor, suggesting that an organic substance had been left to decay for an extended period. Additional issues included being asked to pay a 100 ¥ deposit solely for a digital key, the provision of ripped and damaged towels, and significant dirt accumulation underneath the beds. The distance from subway is too far after so many times up and down the stairs specifically with your luggages. If You wanted more water for drinking you have to pass a test from unprofessional staff. Hot water is in hand after 15 minutes flowing the water. The mattress are belongs to 20 yesrs ago when there wasn’t comfort matter. I strongly advise against reserving this hotel.
