The hotel has a beautiful environment and the staff were very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The overall atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. However, my room was located on the basement level, right next to the restaurant. Unfortunately, it was quite noisy, especially in the early morning, which affected the quality of my sleep. Other than that, I had a good experience and appreciated the excellent service.

Got a fire alarm in the middle of the night which seriously affected the rest, the hotel did nothing but just an apology letter, staffs are generally not proactive and not so friendly.

A wonderful and clean hotel. There's a tram stop nearby. Breakfasts are a la carte. Everything was delicious, unlimited, and beautiful.

The reception was warm and the service was thoughtful. You will be seated first when checking in. Drinks and snacks will be prepared for you and then you can check in slowly. The breakfast was rich. I don't know if it was due to the translation or something else, but the basement written in Chinese on Ctrip was not the basement but the top floor. However, the parking fee for self-driving in Amsterdam is really explosive.

非常用心的boutique酒店，地理位略偏，離中心2KM，房間也比較侷促，但非常乾淨、安靜且美麗，細節都是驚喜。早餐太愛了，顏值和味道都在線（除了french toast）健身房任何時間去都是乾淨整潔，還要每天泡的水果水和cookie…離開酒店後還收到郵件lost & found👍
