PROS:
Very nice position just on final part of the pedestrian road in the Sairee village area.
The cottage is a nice size, clean and well kept.
There is a side bench where you can put your bags without having to put them on the floor.
The bathroom is big and spacious, and it has everything you need [there is shampoo and body wash on the wall].
The hotel provides shower towls and a towel for the swimmingpool which comes in very handy.
As per description there is bo aircon and no hot watet in the room. Luckily I was there in a cooler season, so the fan was more than enough.
The staff is very helpful and the room is clean regularly with bed sheets swapped every second day.
CONS:
There is a 2,000 THB deposit they ask you to provide in cash. This was quite annoying since I was at the end of my trip and I was low on cash and they didn't mention anywhere they needed a cash deposit.
As for the shower, as per description there was no hot water. However, I could have used some warm water since the days I was there it was rainy and quite cool.
My cottage was next to the big swimming pool used for scuba diving classes and it was quite noisy in the night due to the pumps running water for the pool, also there is a bar next to the pool so it tends to be noisy in the evenings.
The windows are made of horizontal glass bars overlapping slightly, so there is always some space between them. This was quite annoying the night when it was raining since being unable to fully close the windows, humidity wound filter in the room and the noises as well would not be locked out.
