Excellent location, room condition and staff service. Buffet breakfast has wide selection and complimentary supper porridge. Very helpful staff with great service and went beyond call of duty to assist on arranging luggages to the airport hotel. Special about out to Sophia Yu for her kind assistance.

We stayed in 2 different rooms throughout the trip which had obvious stains on the bathroom. The damaged and poorly maintained marble was an eye sore.
The hotel also had a deposit policy where the deposit had to be deducted from the card. We wanted to avoid a transaction fee for deductions above $200 and wanted to break the transaction into smaller ones. The staff could have been more forthcoming in supporting the request.
During check in, they also didn’t proactively provide information on amenities or nearby tourist spots

This hotel is amazing. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for 2 nights. The suite included a washing machine and dryer, The room had awesome views of the river. The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. Very conveniently located connected to a shopping mall with lots of food options. Also connected to the metro station though we did not use it. Breakfast was standard. The swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms were clean and well.maintained. I will most certainly be staying here again when in Chongqing. Thanks for a most pleasant stay.

They are very warmly welcomed me when I arrived at the hotel, all FD staff very kind and friendly. Housekeeping staff as well make up my room daily when I go out, I will recommend this hotel to my friends when you travel in Chongqing, hotel also near to Jiefangbei, near to Hongyadong, near to Lizhipa and all other attractions as well. Tqvm so much FD Staff for the great hospitality and I will back to this hotel again if i come back to Chong Qing again. Hotel also surprise me for souvenir from them.

It was very good and located in the shopping mall of Raffles City. The city had good scenery spots as well. David 大卫 the front doorman gave very good service and directions which saved us a lot of time. He helped to get us limousine transport to the Chongqing train station as well. Well done!

Great location, nice river view and it is right next to the shopping mall. Very convenient. Staff are friendly. The service apartment is spacious, comes with a pantry and laundry facilities.
The breakfast here was great and comes with a lot of varieties especially dishes from South East Asia.
