W San Francisco

This hotel is a dump. It was incredibly hard to find, with a tiny, pathetic entrance and no parking. All the parking lots within a few kilometers had terrifyingly low ratings for car theft and vandalism – it was really scary. It took me almost an hour to find a 24-hour parking lot nearby, which was a 14-minute walk from the hotel. I had to drag my luggage to check in, and the lobby on the first floor was small, dirty, and messy. Definitely not worth over $300! I booked a city view room, but couldn't see anything – what a rip-off. This place is garbage, worse than hotels costing just over $100. Absolutely disgusting!

The room was spacious, bright, and comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get in and out. The lobby is currently undergoing renovations, which limited some facilities. All the hotel staff were professional, polite, and courteous.

The hotel charges $117 per night for parking. It states breakfast is included, but it's not free. A simple breakfast for two, just a sandwich and juice, plus service charge came out to $115. What a rip-off!

I've stayed at this hotel a few times for business trips, and it's pretty good.

The service was mediocre, and the hotel facilities were poor value for money.

City center, convenient amenities nearby. Parking is easy and charged.
