The accommodation is clean and has plenty of seating areas. It also has a complete set of kitchenware, making it suitable for a family vacation. It's very close to the beach, just a short walk away.

The location and cleanliness of the accommodation were good, but I'm giving it 1 star because we experienced a burglary, which raised serious security concerns. I've been to Thailand more than ten times, including Hua Hin four times, and this was the first time I'd encountered a theft at a hotel. I even reported it to the police. (This is a long post, please read patiently) 1. When we checked in around 6 PM, the staff only asked to go up to the room to take a look (without accompanying us upstairs), then hurriedly collected our deposit and handed us the key. They didn't hand over or inspect anything. It was our first time staying at a hotel, and we naturally assumed the accommodation provider would provide us with a safe and secure room. We were unaware that the large floor-to-ceiling windows on the ground floor and the balcony of one of the rooms were unlocked. After leaving our luggage in the lobby and locking the door, we went out to eat. 2. We returned around 10 PM and used the key to open the front door. We found that three of our suitcases had been opened; the thief had hurriedly closed them, leaving the straps exposed. A family member who was going to Japan later discovered that foreign currency had been stolen from their luggage. The homeowner said there was no CCTV outside, and the security cameras at the building entrance didn't show any suspicious individuals entering or leaving (meaning the thief might be an insider). For our safety, we requested that the police be called, and they arrived quickly. 3. The police investigation took almost three hours that night. Because we had elderly relatives with us and it was so late, we had no choice but to stay. However, the security of this accommodation was very low. We later discovered that even when the glass doors and windows were locked, they could be easily opened from the outside with a little force. 4. Throughout the entire process, we did not request any compensation or refund, only asking for assistance in handling the insecure suitcase upon check-out. However, upon check-out, the accommodation claimed we were missing a cup. They did not specify how many cups and bowls were included when we checked in. It's a fact that money was stolen from us; why would they steal a single cup?! Utterly absurd... 5. Although the accommodation was relatively inexpensive and close to the beach and Market Village, with a nice pool, the security concerns and issues with the staff suggest we stay at another hotel or nearby accommodations.

Located in the heart of Hua Hin, next to the Marriott Hotel, in a very upscale private apartment complex, this property features four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, located on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The 1st floor houses the living room and kitchen, exactly as shown in the photos provided by the landlord. One room is also suitable for families with children. It's a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, with a communal swimming pool and professional cleaning services. Large shopping malls are nearby. Communication with the property manager was seamless (English-speaking). The only area for improvement is the unpleasant odor from the drain in the 2nd-floor bathroom.

It was a very beautiful misunderstanding. I thought this place had a private swimming pool, but it turned out not to have one. I also thought the swimming pool was by the sea, but it turned out not to have one at all. They might have used misleading pictures when they were advertising. Everyone should be careful. I have been going to Hua Hin for almost 20 years. It is indeed a comfortable place. It was just that the villa I booked this time was a bit untrue. The rest was also very good. The staff were polite and helpful, which was still pleasant.
