Overall, it's pretty good. It's very quiet, and the room is similar to a garden view room.

The hotel environment is beautiful, and the private pool is quite clean. Although there was an unexpected power outage, it was resolved smoothly. Overall, it's pretty good, and I would recommend it to friends.

The hotel is quite far from the city center 😂, it takes an hour to get to Patong. However, it's a bit closer to the airport, but you can't swim at this beach. Apparently, it's a sea turtle sanctuary, so drones are not allowed. The shower is open-air, so of course, you can't fly a drone! It was thundering and lightning every night during our stay. So, it was like showering in the rain! Haha! Get in and out quickly. The thing I disliked most about this open-air toilet and shower was the number of geckos 🦎 on the walls, and several bees flying around, which was quite scary. Of course, a room with a pool like this is still very pleasant, it just depends on whether you can overcome these things, especially when you need to use the restroom in the middle of the night. I really liked the welcome bracelet they gave us at check-in, it smelled lovely. Now, let's talk about the breakfast! For a hotel at this price point, the breakfast quality was very disappointing! There was nothing good to eat. The latte had too much milk and was overly sweet, and the Americano wasn't good either. Everything we ordered was pretty mediocre. The only good thing was the nice environment, right by the beach, where you could feel the breeze and enjoy the ocean view – the ambiance was great. I hope they improve their breakfast and learn from the standards of five-star hotels, especially given the price point. Then, we tried the hotel's spa, which was very good. The hole in the massage bed was softly padded and very comfortable. The therapist's technique was also excellent, leaving us feeling very relaxed.

Came during the rainy season, and there was a complete power outage in the area due to heavy rain at night. Overall, the service was quite good, although showering felt a bit rustic given the natural surroundings. There were a lot of bugs outside the room at night. If you eat breakfast outside, you'll be constantly shooing flies, so I recommend sitting indoors. Despite all that, it's still a very beautiful place and great for photos.

The hotel is not too far from the airport, about a 20-minute drive. It's more secluded than I expected, and Mai Khao Beach is not very crowded, making it perfect for couples. It's not a traditional family-friendly hotel. I stayed one night after landing at the airport and didn't get a good chance to experience the hotel activities. Breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but there weren't many people either, so it was easy to find an outdoor table by the sea. The soundproofing in the room was just okay; air conditioning in Phuket hotels tends to be noisy. The shower and toilet in this hotel are outdoors (on the balcony), which is a unique design.

Facilities: Great, everything in the room was brand new. Cleanliness: The pool was very clean, swam for a long time at night. Environment: Absolutely amazing! Being able to see the sea while having breakfast was fantastic, so refreshing. Service: The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and even gave us two free bottles of body lotion, with a choice of scents. However, when checking out, the housekeeping staff were quite fierce and insisted we pack up our things before 1 PM.

The room ambiance was super resort-like! I really loved it! It's also really convenient for dining and shopping nearby. I stayed in Villa 63. I even left my Ferrari inflatable bed behind for future guests – it was too heavy to bring home. If you want it, just ask the hotel staff!

The hotel is beautiful, but the location is a bit out of the way. We stayed during the Chinese New Year holiday, so the price was a bit high. It's a good option for a night before your flight since it's close to the airport.
