Guanganmen Grand Metropark Hotel Beijing

Upon arriving at the hotel by taxi, a polite and efficient bellhop swiftly opened the car door, greeted me, and helped with my luggage. With clear hand gestures, he guided me to the front desk for check-in. The lobby was grand and luxurious. To the right of the front desk, there was complimentary welcome tea, and to the left, free services. DAVES, who was incredibly friendly and smiling, checked my booking details and quickly processed my check-in. He even added me on WeChat! My room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with new facilities. During my stay, I often messaged DAVES on WeChat to ask about local snack recommendations, tourist attractions, and transportation routes. He was always patient and quick to help me plan and navigate. This is definitely my top choice hotel when visiting Beijing!

My parents and I had a wonderfully comfortable stay this time! I especially want to commend the front desk staff, Flora, Judy, and Mia. They were incredibly attentive and thoughtful during check-in. Knowing I had booked for my elderly parents, they patiently looked after them throughout the process, speaking gently and patiently. They actively communicated with me and provided the 24-hour front desk number so my parents could get immediate assistance if needed. During our stay, whenever we had a request for the front desk, the staff responded very quickly and proactively helped coordinate and resolve any issues that arose. They were truly considerate and reliable. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy, and the quiet environment was perfect for my elderly parents to rest. The location is also convenient for getting around. The service was meticulous and attentive, making my parents feel very much at ease. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Beijing. Highly recommend!

The doorman proactively opened the car door, helped with luggage, and greeted us warmly. The front desk staff were welcoming, friendly, and very professional during check-in. The room was spotless and cleaned meticulously every day. Breakfast was quite extensive and delicious. The pancakes were great, and the noodle soup was authentic. The location is also excellent; Line 7 is right outside to the right. Oh, and I had a meal at the Roast Duck Season restaurant on the second floor. The roast duck was fantastic, even better than Quanjude, in my opinion! 👍 On the day of checkout, the front desk gave me a small decorative gift (a paper-cut picture frame). Thank you so much!

We stayed in a family room with a super spacious layout – one king-size bed (1.8m) and one queen-size bed (1.5m). We were there for 5 nights, and it included 3 breakfasts daily, which was amazing value for money! The location is great, very convenient to both the subway and bus stops. The room was cleaned daily, and the staff were really friendly. The laundry room and dryers on the second floor are free for guests to use. The restaurant on the second floor has many private rooms and the food is quite good. I'll definitely book this place again next time I'm in Beijing.

Getting to attractions like the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square is quick and easy. What's more, Universal Beijing Resort is a direct subway ride away with no transfers needed, which is a huge plus for families traveling with children. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, including both Chinese and Western options, with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and yogurt. It's generally quite healthy, and I felt very satisfied with my meals every day. Ordering takeout is also super convenient; a robot delivers directly to your room door, which is both safe and hassle-free. I highly recommend the roast duck at the hotel's second-floor restaurant – it's delicious, and you don't have to go out and wait in line elsewhere. The laundry room is well-equipped with washers and dryers, making it very convenient for longer stays. Finally, I want to specially commend the hotel staff. They are diligent, responsible, and incredibly enthusiastic. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff are very professional and always quick to help resolve any issues. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Beijing, and I'll recommend it to my friends too.
