I originally meant to book a hotel in Sentosa and booked the wrong one by mistake, but this hotel turned out to be unexpectedly wonderful. The environment and service were both fantastic. The sofa in the room can also be converted into a bed, making it great for families with kids, and my little one loved the swimming pool.

The kids made some wonderful memories here! Previously, whenever we visited Singapore, we'd stay at the Grand Hyatt, which felt more business-oriented. Shangri-La Singapore truly lives up to its reputation as a family-friendly hotel; it definitely won over the kids, and it made things much more relaxed and enjoyable for us adults too.

This Shangri-La is conveniently located near Orchard Road, making dining and shopping super easy! We only found out on our last day that the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle bus to Orchard Road every hour on the hour. The hotel service was excellent, and they even have a free shuttle to Sentosa! Next time I'm in Singapore, I plan to stay at the Shangri-La in Sentosa. I really love the Shangri-La brand!
