Hampton Inn & Suites Mystic

Very clean hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is great and indoor pool is clean.

Stayed just for night but loved it. We stayed in King room and it was big. The indoor pool was great thing too. Free parking outside the hotel and within hotel grounds was excellent. And just a 10-15 min drive to Mystic and Groton. A great stay for the price.

The pool area and pool itself had lots of hair and many band aides were on the deck …They apparently allow cooking in rooms as the third floor hallway smelled like food cooking and a room door was propped open to allow for the orders to go into the hallway . There are so many other places to stay in Mystic. I made a mistake. Oh .. The second floor was under construction but we were never told this when booking . Breakfast was on tables in the hallway .

Average at best. The room was ok but not very clean. The breakfast was horrible. The people next door had a fog that barked all night.

The fitness room almost all wasn't working. The pool particles were concerning from day two onwards. The renovations. They were fine honestly. Everyone was pleasant and made room for guests. Bringing breakfast to our room ****** and not having hot food available wasn't the best. The price didn't match what we got.

This hotel was nothing like ******* depicted in its description and photos. The place was under renovation and ******* did not disclaim that. The hotel also only provided limited amenities as many things were out of order.

Room was clean and such but there are MAJOR renovations under way and it is not advertised before making a reservation. It would have been nice to know up front. Staff and room were satisfactory.

The hotel didn’t mentioned that it was doing renovations. If I had known I wouldn’t have stay there for my vacation. I was not able to rest and enjoy my stay at Mystic CT.

The person that checked me in was great, but all the other staff I dealt with was not very personable.
