Dormy Inn SEOUL Gangnam

Every time I go to Korea, I stay at this hotel. Firstly, it's very convenient, but most importantly, I feel very safe there. The room isn't huge, but it has everything you need. The breakfast is also plentiful. There's a 7-Eleven and a CU right next door and across the street, and plenty of dining options nearby.

The environment was comfortable and clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The large public bath on B1 was incredibly relaxing after a long day. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try breakfast, but I'll definitely be back next time.

This is a Japanese-style hotel in Korea, so naturally the rooms are small. My room was in a corner, and if I fully opened a suitcase larger than a carry-on, it pretty much took up the entire aisle between the bed and the wall, so I had to step over it constantly. The unique feature of this hotel is its public hot spring bath. Even though the hot springs in Korea are man-made, according to the bathhouse description, they still offer the benefits of natural hot springs. After a soak, there are complimentary mini ice creams available, and it's really refreshing to have a cold treat after a hot bath. The hotel is within walking distance of the Gangnam Daero commercial district and a cluster of restaurants, which is very convenient. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the breakfast offered a good variety of Japanese and Korean dishes. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would choose to stay here again next time.
