The hotel is well located within the old city with many options within walking distance. The pick up service to and from the train station works very well and is quite helpful. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and even though they don't speak English, they give guests a lot of attention.

Everything was even Better then we expected. They offered a free transfer from and tò the train station, Place was nice and cosy and stuff really friendly.

Really great stay. Very clean. Room large and well equipped. Warm in the cold weather. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Bed , oh that bed, was so much fun and comfortable. Lovely, helpful owners who provided pick up and drop off at train stations. I would most definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel inside the walls of the Ancient City. Owners didn't speak English but they managed to communicate with translator tools, they picked me and take me back to train station and provided me with good advise on places to visit. Room was warm and clean and decoration was really nice. Thanks so much

Really recommended. We were picked up and dropped off at the train station, staff is lovely and helpful. Room is very clean and authentic, with all the utilities you need. Good location as well, close to the main sights and close to the entrance of the ancient town.

Host pick me up and drop off at train station for free. it is so convenient and the best service offered. Room is so warm because of the heat floor while outside is so cold.very impressive.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Pingyao. The location, right inside the old city walls, was perfect for exploring the ancient town on foot and it was very quiet in the evening, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and nicely heated, which was especially important given the cold temperatures outside. A special mention goes to the owner and his wife for the excellent pick-up service from the train station, which made my arrival smooth and stress-free.
