Rixos Premium Seagate

the hotel is the one of the best at sharam el sheh. comfortable beds and the food is very good there is everything. the kids club is big and work until 23 and there is alots of games for children. every thing was excellent and good . the aqva park is very good also

The resort itself is a massive complex. So many different activities and food. We booked all inclusive deal. Staff were friendly. Also loved the aqua park so much!

Hotel was amazing . Especially A Lacarte restaurant was great and delicious. Also our special assistant Valeria was great she does everything for us what we need during our stay make all reservations for restaurants etc. gave information for all animations and shows , answers all of our questions during whatsapp communication she was great!! All the drinks are premium bottled and cans etc. Foods are amazing delicious and quality. You can travel inside of the hotel with buggy buses 7/24 which is nice not wasting time or get exhausted to reach beach pool restaurants etc. Only thing that I can complain and hotel management needs to take a look and improve is about is that the most of the stuff they barely speak English except the A La Carte stuff. Also they were not nice when they ask something “e.g: pool is closed please leave and let me get the towel. “ this kind of behavior is not nice especially in Rixos.. But generally is ok the best hotel in Sharm!

I had trouble when I arrived at the hotel, had payed 3000 dollars. But had to pay 1600 to reception at arrival. After 3 short phone calls, trip.com transfer the money I payed extra. Even before I got back to Norway. Easy and Good service. Had great food and Junior Suite, can recommend. Both the Hotel, Egypt and Trip.com.

Good variety of food, nice facilities kids had fun resort was beautiful, service was not amazing but was okay, Abdul Rahman Hassan is amazing lovely guy made us feel welcome.
