My family used to stay at this hotel. Still have good experience. Nice vibe, goos service and clean. But for 4 Star hotel still need to improve more aspect like. The jaccuzi maintnance need to be done quickly.

Overall room is clean and convinient access to the mall opposite. Will come again. Aircon sometimes not fuction as desire.

Very friend staff. Room size is reasonable. Breakfast is average. No hand towel. Clean room. Opposite a small mall with supermarket n restaurants. Only compliant is that the aircon in my room was not working well and can get hot in the night. A pleasant stay overall.

Good enough for business traveller, but the smoke room can be too strong, always make sure you can get the non-smoke room if you're non-smoker or might be too suffocated in the room.

Recommended hotel in Jababeka, Cibitung, Cikarang. Good Food, Nice Bedroom, Nice Bathroom also.

Good location for mall and near to industries area. easy for transportation. hotel breakfast is many choices. very clean and facilities are many also.
