Reception and parking: Nice desk office, absolutely helpful in finding the hotel! The story: after circling several times in the area where the hotel should be located, we decided to call for help. The receptionist guided us with patience through the streets until we finally reached the hotel entrance. He was very understanding as we were not the first (and probably not the last, either) to have difficulty in finding the building - we had tried to get there by gps as well as by google maps without success. On the one hand this is due to the fact that the hotel area is so new that the gps system still cannot find it. On the other hand google maps doesn't guide you to the hotel building itself but to the parking of the nearby shopping center in which there is also the private parking place of the hotel (with direct access to the hotel elevator). The problem: you can't see the hotel building neither from the small street you come along and where you would have to turn right onto a ramp to get to the official hotel entrance, nor from the entrance to the parking of the commercial center as this is huge and hides the view to the hotel building. So you end up in front of the mall instead of the hotel entrance. But at least we got there and, by the way, the parking lots are bigger than usual in Spain which is a big plus! Location: Ideal! All sights of interest and restaurants are within a short walking distance . Room: Room and bathroom were clean, the bed comfortable, but there is not much room for luggage. Breakfast: Buffet. Not too many choices, but price-quality-value is fair, only 12 euros per person. We enjoyed the stay, clear recommendation.
