Check-in was quick. The front office and housekeeping staff were very kind and provided excellent hospitality. I stayed here for 4 nights and was very satisfied. The room was spacious, had a bathtub, and was clean. The only downside at Voco is the lack of a balcony.

The bed was really comfortable and the room was spacious. As mentioned by others, they can do better at the cleanliness. For a new hotel, some things are falling apart and the flooring has dirty luggage wheel markings. Hotel shuttle was very much appreciated. Fun ride to Seminyak village. Front desk service was great, the usual Balinese warm welcome.
Hotel was nearby a spa we booked for. Overall a good stay however I don’t think I will be coming back to this hotel as there are similar or better options within the price range.

Prime location. A spacious room and bathroom. Although there isn’t much space in the hotel such as a swimming pool and sitting area. Housekeeping is poor. Good for value , perfect for sleeping and shower. Nothing else.

The reception was excellent. We checked out from another hotel earlier in the day and dropped our luggage here, planning to explore the area without expecting an early check-in. To our surprise and delight, the staff kindly brought our bags up to the room while we were out. Big thanks to the receptionist for the thoughtful service! They also have a WhatsApp number, which made communication super easy with quick responses.
The room itself was a bit of a walk from the lobby, but it’s new, spacious, and beautifully designed. We loved the bathtub — definitely worth it for the price. There’s also a convenience store nearby, and plenty of food options within walking distance, which made everything hassle-free.
Overall, a very good stay. My husband wasn’t feeling well, so I requested a late check-out, and the staff graciously allowed us some buffer time so he could rest more. Truly appreciate their understanding and hospitality.
