The bed was really comfortable and the room was spacious. As mentioned by others, they can do better at the cleanliness. For a new hotel, some things are falling apart and the flooring has dirty luggage wheel markings. Hotel shuttle was very much appreciated. Fun ride to Seminyak village. Front desk service was great, the usual Balinese warm welcome.
Hotel was nearby a spa we booked for. Overall a good stay however I don’t think I will be coming back to this hotel as there are similar or better options within the price range.

The reception was excellent. We checked out from another hotel earlier in the day and dropped our luggage here, planning to explore the area without expecting an early check-in. To our surprise and delight, the staff kindly brought our bags up to the room while we were out. Big thanks to the receptionist for the thoughtful service! They also have a WhatsApp number, which made communication super easy with quick responses.
The room itself was a bit of a walk from the lobby, but it’s new, spacious, and beautifully designed. We loved the bathtub — definitely worth it for the price. There’s also a convenience store nearby, and plenty of food options within walking distance, which made everything hassle-free.
Overall, a very good stay. My husband wasn’t feeling well, so I requested a late check-out, and the staff graciously allowed us some buffer time so he could rest more. Truly appreciate their understanding and hospitality.

Overall was good experience but hotel have to understand if someone flight is delayed and they should give littile extra hours for late check out

I recently stayed at voco Hotel Seminyak and it exceeded expectations. The rooms are stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with small details that make a difference. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the coffee was a perfect start to the day.
The pool area feels like a hidden retreat, while the location strikes the right balance—close to Seminyak’s vibrant dining and shopping, yet quiet enough to relax. What stood out most was the service: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
voco Seminyak captures what a Bali stay should be—comfortable, well-located, and effortlessly memorable. A place I’d gladly return to!

IHG group hotel never disappointed me, great location , staffs r friendly with pleasant greetings ( check in and out ). Room is big with nice bathtub. but one problem I had to raise out. It’s about the swimming pool,
Maybe not many people used the pool. I found out lots of leafs and seeds from the plants and no bench while having sun bathing ….
