Clean and relaxing place to stay

Just amazing. Clean, friendly and a good complimentary breakfast was given to us.

DO NOT STAY HERE BROKEN WINDOWS IN THE PARKING LOT! TOLD THE FRONT DESK HER RESPONSE WAS WELL IT HAPPENS FROM TIME TO TIME. THE FLOORS ARE CHEAP, ELEVATORS BANGED UP, THEY HAVE A BAR WITH RANDOM STRANGERS WALKING IN AND OUT ITS NOT A SAFE LOCATION. I DID NOT STAY THERE AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY BASED ON SAFETY!

The only bad thing about this hotel was you have to pay $19 for parking. Wasnt told about this during check in. Also, some of their card readers dont work so I had to go back down to the lobby to get new cards, switched rooms and back up to the floor my family was waiting at. That was frustrating.

It was a lovely property. The foyer and restaurant/bar area was lovely. One of the elevators would take you to the wrong floor, but it eventually got you where you needed to be (and there are two other elevators). My room was lovely, clean, and quiet. I could hear a little hallway sounds, but no outside or road sounds. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff were great and check out was simple.

We had no HVAC working properly and no maintenance available to help. We upgraded to the Pure room. Currently working on a resolution for this extremely hot and loud night. Will update my review once I hear back. But this specific location is outdated and old. But the staff was truly so kind.
