DoubleTree by Hilton Chongqing North

On the first day, the air conditioner didn't work well; it was extremely humid and very uncomfortable. On the second night, the AC started leaking water, literally turning the place into a water curtain cave. The photos don't capture how bad it was—it was raining inside the entire hallway, leaving a layer of water on the floor. We had to change rooms in the middle of the night (around 3 AM). In the new room, the back of the chair was detached from the seat base; when I leaned back, it almost fell apart and I nearly fell to the floor. The service staff were very enthusiastic, but the hardware facilities are extremely poor. Avoid at all costs.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and the experience was simply fantastic. The front desk staff were meticulous and genuinely cared about my stay. Their service was warm, gentle, and thoughtful, leaving a wonderful impression. The hotel is situated in a very convenient location with great surroundings, and the attention to detail is truly impressive. It’s a reassuring and worry-free place to stay, and I will definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

The room was very comfortable; for an old hotel, it didn't have any strange odors. Sister Yang, Xiao Die, and Vivi on the 31st floor provided excellent service. We also visited the executive lounge during the National Day holiday and the Western restaurant on the 2nd floor. The hotel is right next to the famous 'I Love Chongqing' LED screen, making transportation very convenient. We even checked in at all the popular spots around!

Great location, right outside the 68 Star Boulevard and close to the Guanyinqiao business district. It's a fantastic spot for a chill weekend getaway, and the service was wonderful too~

The hotel's location is excellent, and the front desk service is fantastic, especially the warm reception from Xiaoyang and Xiaoxin. Highly recommended for a stay.

A truly excellent experience. I'll definitely stay here again for my next business trip. It's a luxurious hotel that's quiet yet centrally located. The decor and bedding were very comfortable, and it's close to the city center!

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Guanyinqiao. The staff are very friendly, and Xiao Yang at the front desk was particularly attentive and helpful.

ADA is great, and the front desk staff are also very friendly.
