We enjoyed an intimate dinner Excellent welcome by Valet, Hostess and Dylan our superior Server. Food All Delicious & Wonderful presentation. Drinks were Perfect Will return to enjoy Another fine dining experience!

We dined at The Crossing. The hostess, servers, atmosphere, drinks and appetizers were great. But I ordered the steak medium rare and it came out without any pink in the middle. In their defense, this is the third restaurant I have been to in a row in Charleston that the chef has overcooked my steak. These restaurants can't charge the prices that they are charging with the help that is available to them.

Such well trained staff created the ultimate hospitality. Kind, considerate, but not annnoyingly everpresent. Food was fantastic! Meditteranean style cuisine was healthy and presentation was artful. Would recommend highly!

Great first experience. Food was very good especially the chicken and apps. Everyone was super friendly and Michael took great care of us.

Great location, ambiance, vibe and service. Our waitress was amazing! Every dish we tried was incredible!

We had brunch at the Crossings Restaurant located in The Cooper Hotel. Not listed on Trip Advisor so here we are… very elegant venue with high quality food & beverage. Egg white Frittata was outstanding. Beer cocktails and Gelato dessert were excellent. Good service but white tennis shoes seem out of place for the staff uniforms.

Our experience at The Cooper was phenomenal! We were greeted by friendly staff around every corner of the property. Christine Vincent was our concierge and was communicative and helpful with all of our questions. The pool was incredible and the location made our time in Charleston unforgettable! We're already wondering when we can come back!

Looked forward to viewing this new Charleston property which certainly has some highs. I was impressed with the customer service even in a town known for customer service; once an employee finds out your room number then you are constantly called by your name by multiple employees. Let's get right to the centerpiece - the pool and the deck are is gorgeous with a view of the harbor unlike any in town; true, getting a recliner can be a bit of a bother but at least you have to be a hotel guest to access it. The rooms are good size but decorated in a fairly boring manner; nothing that would make you think you were in the South, just generic furnishings. Bed and linens very comfortable, ample size lounge next to a bar that seats about 20. Little disappointed with occupancy about 60% we didn't get a room upgrade or even have it discussed a check in. Downside? Cost. It's expensive and everything on the property, from food to parking, is expensive, even for Charleston but one of the reasons you stay here is that is is the new "it" property in Charleston and there are a lot of instagram photos being taken by the pool to reflect that. Would I stay again... with all the choices down there I wouldn't unless I got a deal on the room.

Imagine sitting on your very expensive balcony overlooking the Cooper River with a group of workers pressure washing the building for over 3 hours 15 feet below you. Repeated requests to the front desk asking if this would end at some point determined that it should have ended hours before. The hotel is a construction zone. I literally could not hear myself think. Absolutely ridiculous. No real concern for our experience which was meant to be special, exceptional. Do not recommend.
