The hotel is located near People’s Square metro station — an excellent and convenient location for getting around the city. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Mr.Jacky (excellent English and great service) and Miss Echo (very supportive).
The room was clean, comfortable, fully equipped including an iron, and had an amazing view. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and the service exceeded my expectations.
I would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it.

從迪士尼那邊打車過來的，到了門口有人站那兒，但是沒人迎接拿行李，自己提行李馬上要進門了才又出來個人幫着把行李接過去了，所有的女服務員態度還都挺不錯，上下樓幫忙叫電梯。話説這個電梯分四個顏色，去自己所住房間要選對電梯，前台和一層都是字母表示，有時候還得特意記一下，有點兒麻煩。訂的外灘景觀房，視野還不錯，正好可以看到東方明珠，樓下就是南京路步行街，逛吃比較方便。坐小火車或者觀光巴士，再步行幾百米可以到外灘。迷你吧都是收費的，沒有首輪贈送的待遇。餐廳早餐不錯，很豐盛，味道也不錯，吃的還挺滿意的。
