Our first stay wasn't in the room we booked. My friend booked a room for around 4000 just before check-in, and we had booked a 6000 sea view room half a month in advance. But when we checked in, we were both assigned the same room type. We called the front desk and they did change it for us, but the experience was terrible. The facilities and service were completely subpar, and the room hygiene was a total mess. Even more ridiculous, the 6000 room type even had a hole in the ceiling. Avoid at all costs!

The room was quite good, but the food was very mediocre. On top of that, I found the service to be extremely poor; for this price, I'd rather go to Six Senses. I had an unpleasant experience with the hotel, but the Trip.com customer service manager promptly handled the situation. I didn't ask for any compensation, but Trip.com protected my rights as a consumer. From now on, I will no longer use other services and will become a loyal Trip.com user.

Really incredible resort. Very boutique luxury experience, the staff are incredibly friendly and by the end of the trip could easily recognize us and expect our requests. The resort is beautiful, two great pools and a private beach located in a little cove blocked by land on both sides. Our villa had a nice view of the ocean with plenty of privacy for our pool. We had breakfast included, which was in a gorgeous restaurant with a fantastic food and views (pictured). We had a great vacation!
