We were given a room on the 10th floor. Walking through the hotel's spacious hallway, the elegant, fragrant scent made us even more excited to find our room number. We opened the door and wow, the room was incredibly spacious! The bed was comfortable, the sheets smelled great, and the bathroom was also quite roomy. We really love this hotel! It's just a short walk to Paragon Mall.

This is my first time to stay here. The hotel is amazing, the location, the breakfast, the room. One thing probably to be improved, during the day the air cond a lil bit hot. But overall I definitely would love to stay again.

Some facilities seem a little old compared to before. Last night was slightly difficult because there was a loud fan or machine noise coming from outside, which made it a bit hard to sleep. I hope the hotel can check this issue because it could affect guests staying in nearby rooms. Aside from that small inconvenience, my stay was generally satisfying. The staff were friendly as usual and the service was reliable. Luxurious 5-star hotel. Stayed 3 nights. Location is central with attached mall. Within walking distance to car-free Sunday. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. Best value for the price we paid.

The hotel feels a bit dated. The showerhead had noticeable hard water stains; is the water really that rich in minerals? It just didn't look very clean, and for the price, it was quite disappointing.
