⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great value, beautiful views and excellent service
We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Nha Trang. From the beginning, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite with a beautiful beach and ocean view. For the price we paid, the overall experience was definitely worth it.
The swimming pool was great, but one of the highlights for us was the premium lounge. The panoramic view from there was amazing – you can see across Nha Trang, with both the beach and the city in front of you. It's a great place to just sit, relax and enjoy the view.
The breakfast buffet was awesome with a huge variety of food to choose from. We also ordered room service during our stay and the meals were delicious and well prepared.
The airport transfer was another nice touch. We were picked up in a BMW, and the roughly one-hour journey was very comfortable. Cold water and refreshing towels were provided, and our driver was very friendly. Communication was especially easy if you can speak some Vietnamese.
I was also impressed with the laundry service. Even when we needed our laundry done quickly towards the end of our stay, they arranged express service while still charging us the normal rate, which we really appreciated.
Overall, the combination of the Junior Suite, beautiful sea views, premium lounge, excellent breakfast, comfortable airport transfer and accommodating staff made this stay very enjoyable. Great value for what we paid, and I would happily stay here again when visiting Nha Trang.
