Overall the environment is good, actually the normal room will do. Grand room does not add additional benefits. The location is relatively far from major places such as Ao Nam beach or night market if walking, the environment is good, just be aware of the mosquitos. Breakfast is overall good.

We had a lovely stay at the resort. Staff were very kind and helpful. Location is good - a quiet part of the pretty busy town! We had a 120 minute spa experience which was amazing!!  Breakfast was good, but could get very busy so best plan your visit!  Room was comfortable, a/c a big welcome.  The pool area near our room wasn’t too busy - great cocktails!

The housekeepers, bell desk, restaurant staff, and front desk were all consistently smiling, kind, and friendly, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel's location is a bit set back, so it's quiet. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe Room, and the pool felt like my own private yard, so close and easy to enjoy. It was like being in a villa in the forest. I'm already planning to come back for my Krabi trip next year! Thank you to all the hotel staff.

I only stayed for one night, but I truly enjoyed my time. The room was cozy and comfortable, even though it was small. It was in a fantastic location, within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, and more. It made my short stay really enjoyable!

Paid 1500 RMB and there wasn't even anyone to help with luggage upon arrival. Check-in was incredibly slow, and then the room turned out to be tiny! I booked a Supreme Deluxe Suite, so I can't even imagine what the standard rooms are like. Plus, the bed was really damp and there were mosquitoes in the room. Definitely not worth the price. Garbage. 👎

Can't understand the rave reviews. Our stay was just okay... garden rooms are worth the price bump. You will bump your head in the standard room, no matter how short you are!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is pleasant and comfortable, and the service was good. However, it felt slightly overpriced for what it offers. The jacuzzi on the terrace turned out to be almost directly on a walkway, so there was basically no privacy at all, which was disappointing. The ceilings are quite low, the room felt dark, almost cave-like, and the interior design looks a bit outdated. In general, everything was fine, but for a lower price I believe there are better options nearby.
