The location is very convenient and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. However the room has a terrible smell from the toilet side, maybe from the pipe. It has never gone away regardless of turning on aircon or the fan.
Initially, I sent an email asking for a simple anniversary decoration for my room, I have gave them my and my husband’s name. In the end, when we arrived, there’s no decoration at all, we asked the staffs, they said they didn’t know. So I sent another email to the customer service when we were out for dinner, hotel replied with photos showing they faster did decoration in both my room and my friend’s room. However, there must be something wrong, when we were back, there was no decoration in my room and my friend’s room. The mood had been spoiled after two times attempting, so I informed them again with room photos and said never mind.
After the 2nd day I came back, there’s a piece of paper on our bed wishing ur anniversary and also on my friends’ room bed. I have no comments at all, I do appreciate they are trying to make it, after I have informed them few times and also told them it’s which couple’s anniversary, a piece of paper in both rooms. Seems they have never checked my first email.
