Courtyard Norwalk

We have stayed here once a year for the last ten and it has been great most times. Our stay was comfortable this time as well. My only complaint is of our party of 3, our booking called for 2 free breakfasts which didn't happen.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The property was very clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect.

Staff all very courteous helpful the cleanliness of my room and the hotel in general it was a brief stay but totally delightful

Very clean, updated room with walk in shower and narrow outside balcony. Convenient to Stop & Shop and Liquor World.

1st when I came they gave me a room where somone else was in . I had to go back downstairs to get another key and room . They so called upgraded me for thier mistake , which I loved but it was no different form the other room. Then when you walk in the building it smelled like straight cigarettes all through the building . The fact I hate cigarettes, I was very much disappointed! Then I get to my upgraded room to find out that i can’t even get in it . Had to go back downstairs to get another key to find out it wasn’t the key that had issue . The door had a malfunction and maintenance had to come and redo the whole door . Mean time I’m just sitting outside the door . It wasnt a pleasent stay at all . It gave MOTEL 6 ‼️

Great room, very clean and spacious. I would think the Bar could stay open past 10 PM on a Saturday Night. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay didn’t use the pool or gym however nice that they were on site.

Enjoyed our 5 night stay. Professional staff. Common areas clean. Housekeeping excellent. Room clean and cared for. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was fine except no microwave to warm up some leftovers I had.
