I enjoyed my stay at this newer hotel in the Berkshires. Good points that I remember: - nice decor; - very clean rooms; - good shower pressure, which is a nice change. But the following points were not that good so this is why I gave 4 stars and not five: - no safe in the room which is a major irritant. I would say that 99 % of hotels no matter which category have safes in Europe but for some reason this is not the case in the US. Perhaps it is a company directive but the Element in Atlanta has safes so for me this is a must to add; - there are only 1 or 2 choices (one day only it was 3) of hot food at breakfast so if you do not like them you are out of luck. But if you do the quality is better than at most hotels which include breakfast. So I would stay there again, it is just inconvenient as I need to bring a Kensington lock for my laptop and carry my passport everywhere.

5/5 Stars – Incredible Customer Service by Samantha at Element Lenox Berkshires! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Element by Marriott Lenox Berkshires, and it is all thanks to Samantha at the front desk! We arrived well before the standard check-in time after a very long, exhausting journey. Our two young children were completely worn out and desperately needed to rest.Instead of making us wait, Samantha completely stepped up and demonstrated excellent customer service. She immediately expedited our room availability and even upgraded us to a beautiful room with a kitchenette! Having that extra space and the Element kitchenette setup made traveling with small kids infinitely easier. The room itself was awesome—clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. A massive thank you and a huge shout-out to Samantha for going above and beyond to turn our stressful travel day into a relaxing vacation. We will definitely be back to this property!

We enjoyed out stay from check in to check out. Our room was clean and comfortable with a fridge and microwave along with a coffee station. The bathroom was large and the shower was perfect. We enjoyed the happy hour and the bartender brought out freshly cooked banana cookies for my husband. Breakfast was different than your average hotel selection. They had a cook there to make Avocado toast and scrambled eggs as well as fresh baked pastries. Overall we would return to this hotel whenever we are in the area. It is very close to the small town and the other things the Berkshires have to offer.

This is a new hotel and is very clean which is wonderful. I also appreciated all the natural light in the lobby. The room was very small- we traveled as a couple and an 11 yo child who slept on the sleeper sofa. You could not have 2 kids sleep on the sleeper sofa, because there is no room to get out on one side. I also don't like not havina a dresser. There were some tiny drawers in the closet, but we didn't wind up using them. I'd rather have a bigger table for eating than a dishwasher. I also don't like the clear shower door. Who wants this when traveling with kids? Do I really want my son coming in to use the toilet when i'm showering? Ummm - nope! The breakfast was lacking compared to other breakfasts I've seen. the location is great - near restaurants and a few minutes away from a supermarket and of course all the sites are not too far. The pool was nice. Unfortunately, it was cool when we were there - but I like how the doors at the pool open up right outside. I used the gym - which was very nice. I appreciate newer machines.

I would rate my stay closer to a 4.5/5 due to some minor hiccups during my 2-night stay. This is a new property and upon entering the lobby, the hotel still has that brand new smell. We were warmly greeted upon check-in and quickly given our room keys. We stayed in a one bedroom suite, which was very spacious with a full kitchen, living room with a desk and couch, bedroom, and bathroom. Pros: - the bed was surprisingly comfortable and we slept great - the shower pressure was fantastic - the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials that you would need during a longer and shorter stay (e.g. pots, pans, toaster oven) - we didn’t enjoy some of the other amenities such as outdoor seating, lobby bar, and pool but all seemed very nice - immaculately clean - friendly staff -great location…Lenox is a 5 minute drive and Stockbridge was a 10-15 minute drive Cons: - this was a a first for me: it appeared that using too much electricity at once in the room tripped the circuit breaker multiples times. For reference we stayed in room 303. After housekeeping cleaned our room, we noticed the fridge stopped working resulting in our food sitting in a unchilled fridge for hours. We called down to the front desk and they instructed us to check the electrical panel which did the trick. However, when I attempted to use the microwave, another circuit breaker kept tripping. I discovered that I couldn’t have the under cabinet kitchen lights and microwave on at the same time. I’ve stayed in hotels and resorts all around the world and I’ve never had a problem like that. - Both TVs repeatedly kept freezing during our entire stay. I don’t know if it was a connection issue, but was annoying while trying to watch football games. - Not the biggest deal in the world, but we were on the 3rd floor and there was no ice machine on our floor. We had to go down to the 2nd floor. All-in-all, this was a solid hotel for a long weekend in the Berkshires. I would return, but some kinks still need to be worked out, which is expected for a brand new property.

The hotel is very nice the lobby is nice for hang out with water tea and coffee, the rooms are new and modern and I loved the kitchenette it had all the amenities you need, the only downside is th rooms are very small like city hotel room small and there’s not enough light in the room not making it ideal to hang out in the room, other then that it was a nice pleasent stay.

This was a nice quick getaway for us. The hotel is clean. The rooms are nice. Location is what makes it perfect very close to Bosquet mountain for snow tubing/skiing. The saltwater pool was great to be able to enjoy in the evenings. There is always fresh coffee in the lobby. The breakfast offerings could use improvement which is why I only left four stars, but that being said, I would stay here again if in the area.

Excellent location, clean, comfortable. Staff was friendly, the only issue was that we got to breakfast an hour before it ended and there were no eggs other protein or much more than a fee bagels and yogurt. This was informed tonus by the person tending the breakfast area while ahe stood next to still hot griddle. She didn’t offer any alternative. It feels like poor planning. Other than that, it was great.
