Hotel is situated halfway up a very steep and cobbled lane. It was difficult finding which door to get in. However everything else was fine. But taking a heavy electric cycle off the road and up steep stairs to a cycle parking area was difficult for me ( 80) but the proprietor carried it up for me. Breakfast was adequate. Other guests has problems in finding the hotel too as there is no parking nearby .

A gem of a find, with a well appointed and clean room. Slightly old fashioned but that only adds to the charm.

The LOGIS is historic and a little quirky in a good way. Bathroom and loo are recently redone and good. Breakfast is very good by normal French comparison. Big issue for us was the totally misleading information about private parking on the ********** site. This is stated as a strong specific advantage of the LOGIS and the reason why we selected it. There is NO associated parking and most street parking is charged. The large car park is some distance and the LOGIS is on a cobbled very steep street, so you need to be fit. The WiFi was excellent 600+/600+.

The problem was that this isn't a hotel, it is a bed and breakfast with a couple of bedrooms. When I arrived just after 3pm there was nobody there. The owner (who was a pleasant man) normally did not accept arrivals until 4pm. Also, it is located on the oldest street in town, a very, very steep heavily cobbled street only accessible on foot. It us very pretty but difficult to access with luggage. Having said that it is very pretty and my room was quaint but good.

Our B&B was a perfect choice to enjoy the ambience of Dinan. The cobblestone street leads to a lovely gated garden and the home is adorned with antiques. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! We were greeted when we arrived and immediately shown to our room. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, served in a charming room with a view of the garden. It is well-located on one of the prettiest streets in Dinan. It's worth noting that this is an old property (kind of the idea) and if you're looking for modern furniture and fixtures, this is not that.

The beach is right on front on the hotel and there is an extremely entertaining rotation of activities depending on if the tide is in or out. I had an excellent meal there with very friendly, helpful service. Quite delicious. There is a view onto the beach and at the seats directly looking out at it binoculars are provided which is a nice touch. I really enjoyed my stay and am looking for an excuse to go there again :)

Wonderful Wonderful stay in Dinan - wished we stayed another night! It’s not easy getting to the hotel via the tiny narrow streets, and Google maps will lead you astray. But it’s all worth it. We parked under the bridge and used the app to pay. The room was huge and very confortable. Delicious breakfast as well.
