The room facilities are very new, clean, and tidy. We stayed for 7 consecutive days, and the daily housekeeping and replenishment of supplies were excellent. The front desk staff were super nice; when we arrived and forgot our travel adapter, they patiently told us where we could buy one cheaply. Full English service available.

The hotel's location is decent, not too out of the way, and transportation is quite convenient. However, the room I was assigned had no view, and was even right next to a nearby building, so I couldn't open the curtains, making the room quite dark and gloomy. The overall internal cleanliness was good, except for the hairdryer. I saw that the hotel provided a hairdryer before my trip, so I didn't bring one. But when I needed to use it, it was so dirty that I couldn't even bring myself to touch it. I don't understand how it could get so dirty sitting in a drawer. I wonder if the hotel ever checks these things? This really lowered my impression, so I can't give a very high rating.

Came here with my husband, second time staying at this hotel. Many hotels in Auckland require you to drag your luggage uphill after getting off the train, but this one doesn't, which I really appreciate. The front desk service was also great; no unnecessary small talk, very efficient. We were also able to store our luggage before leaving.

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station and very close to Spark Arena – just a five-minute walk. There are also supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable. Just a heads-up, hotels in New Zealand typically don't provide slippers or dental kits.

This was the first hotel we stayed at in New Zealand. The room was spacious, bright, and beautifully designed. It was also within walking distance of the shopping street, where we could browse and eat. The only minor inconvenience was that the hotel didn't provide parking, so we had to park in a nearby lot.

Great location, right next to a bus stop and a lovely coffee shop. It's also an easy walk to the shopping district. The hotel offers great value for money; I just wish I could have stayed longer!
