I've stayed at the InterContinental Shenzhen Qianhai many times. The service and facilities are always excellent. The rooms are consistently great, very spacious, and quiet – you can't even hear any airplane noise. The buffet is delicious, and I also had dinner at Cai Feng Lou, which serves excellent Chinese cuisine. The service was top-notch, and the food quality was consistently good. There are plenty of places to explore, including attractions and dining options. The complimentary lobby bar drink allowed me to choose coffee, and it was exceptionally good. The lobby itself is very peaceful.

I had a wonderful stay this time. A big thank you to Linda for her attentive and thoughtful service. Any request was met with a quick response, and communication was easy and comfortable, making me feel truly cared for at every turn. The overall environment of the hotel is comfortable, the check-in process was smooth, and the service felt genuinely warm. I will definitely reach out to her specifically next time I visit, and I sincerely recommend this hotel. It's a great choice.

Had a fantastic National Day Staycation! Intercontinental's high standards were enhanced by numerous kid-friendly activities. The hotel also offers a shuttle to Huafa Ski Resort ⛷️. A big thank you to Ethan Liu, the Front Office Manager, for his attentive care, and to Jessica, Linda, and Rabing at the front desk for the amazing upgrade to a family room at a special price. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed here with our kids towards the end of the National Day holiday. We originally planned to go play in the snow, but the children were so captivated by the hotel's facilities that they stayed inside playing and refused to leave until check-out. The breakfast and the Chinese restaurant were exceptional—the Chinese restaurant is so good that I'd recommend it even to non-guests.

Choosing this location and hotel for the National Day holiday was definitely the right decision. After much comparison, I finally decided to stay at the InterContinental, and it truly exceeded my expectations. First of all, during check-in, the staff carefully asked about my preferences and even gave me complimentary drink vouchers. The room was very spacious with a well-thought-out layout. The bedding was extremely comfortable, helping me fall asleep quickly and ensuring a great night's sleep. I also went for a swim.

I booked this hotel specifically for skiing. The surrounding area is great, and getting around is very convenient. The package included breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner—plus, the hotel even serves complimentary drinks/alcohol, which was a wonderful surprise! When our ski schedule conflicted with afternoon tea, the lovely front desk staff helped coordinate everything for us. My stay was incredibly comfortable, and I'd especially like to thank Linda for her thoughtful service. During my stay, I needed to print some documents for my child, and Linda was incredibly enthusiastic and proactive in helping me with it. She was efficient, patient, and always put the guest first. Communication was smooth throughout, and her attitude was gentle and polite. Check-out was also very quick, with a simple and straightforward process. The overall service was meticulous and excellent, and the room was comfortable too. The warmth of the hotel's service left a deep impression on me. Choosing to relax at the InterContinental during this National Day holiday was the best decision I could have made. The biggest pleasant surprise of my stay was the Executive Lounge. The overall experience was an absolute 10/10, completely refreshing my understanding of executive privileges at luxury hotels. From the ambiance and dining to the service, every meticulous detail was taken care of, making for a deeply comforting and pleasant stay. Located on the 19th floor, the Executive Lounge boasts an elegant, quiet ambiance and a sophisticated style. The minimalist yet grand interior design features a well-planned, uncrowded layout. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer expansive views—flooded with bright, comfortable natural light during the day, and transforming into a great spot to enjoy the city nightscape by dusk, maximizing the atmosphere. The space is clearly zoned, with the lounge, dining, and work areas completely undisturbed by one another. The seating is soft and comfortable with excellent privacy, making it perfect whether you are looking to unwind alone, catch up on work, or have a casual chat. The quality of the food and beverages completely exceeded my expectations. As a frequent guest of the InterContinental Group who has stayed at their properties across various cities, I found the offerings here to be diverse, fresh, and exquisite. The afternoon tea pastries had a delicate texture without being overly sweet; the assortment of mousses, mini cakes, and cream puffs delivered on both aesthetics and taste. During Happy Hour, the hot dishes, cold cuts, salads, and snacks were rotated continuously. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors authentic, and the balance of meat and vegetables was well-maintained. The beverage selection was comprehensive, featuring red and white wines, signature drinks, juices, teas, and coffee—all available free-flow throughout, matching the quality of a professional bar! What deserves the highest praise is the lounge service team. Alfreda at the front desk was gentle, patient, and exceptionally professional. Allen struck just the right balance in his service—warm and attentive without being intrusive. Sherry was prompt and proactive in clearing empty plates and replenishing drinks, showing a keen awareness of guests' needs. Doris and Ciri were consistently responsive throughout, maintaining a gentle, attentive manner full of thoughtful touches. The overall experience was superb. The executive privileges offered incredible value for money, making total immersion and relaxation effortless. Attentive service, exquisite food, and a comfortable environment doubled the quality of the stay, making it an absolute highlight of this trip! I will definitely choose to stay here again next time, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The room was spacious, and the facilities were new and well-equipped. The breakfast was exceptional, with many live cooking stations. The hostesses were plentiful and promptly seated guests, and the food selection was generous! The lobby had interactive children's activities and a video game area, and there's a semi-outdoor children's play area on the 3rd floor. Overall, a five-star stay!
