Embassy Suites by Hilton Norman Hotel & Conference Center

Family was there for WCWS and was always accommodated with our needs upon return from games at end of day, regardless of time. Very impressed and will be staying there again.

Hot tub was out of service, 2 of 3 elevarors went down Sunday morning while the whole hotel was trying to check out. Lack of carts to service guests during peak times. Got scolded by staff for wandering into the breakfast area after breakfast times. Clean overall, very nice room with a great view of the airport and the East side of Norman. Packed hotel this weekend. Not a place for a quiet retreat, but it has great amenities on site and is in a great location. Nightly parking charge is a bit much and out of step with the region. Overall positive experience.

The property and the hotel are very nice and well maintained. Th decor is beautiful and the room was fantastic. The only thing I did not like was parking is $14 a day and no included with your stay.

I booked my reservation through *******. When I checked out, I asked for a hard copy receipt and when I got home I noticed you didn’t have my home address correct and I am worried. Please let me know how you came up with a Las Vegas NV address for me when I have been coming to your hotel for over 7 years and the entire time I have lived in Fort Worth TX.

Disappointing stay at Embassy Suites. Checking in went well. When got to the room it wasn’t well maintained. Bathroom door wouldn’t close and there was mildew on the bathtub grout. No blankets for the pull out bed. The first morning of our stay we attempted to use the breakfast provided which ended at 9:30am. Went down at 9:10am and there was barely any food left. Just crumbs of bacon, fruit and yogurt gone, no pastries, etc. We then tried to get coffee and that was completely out. I walked around trying to find a staff member to ask to make more coffee. When I finally found a kitchen staff member, I told her the coffee was out and could she make some more. She said “Yeah, I’m not gonna make any more”. I said “you’re kidding right? It’s not even 9:30 yet” She looked at her watch and said “well it’s 9:25 and takes 7 min to brew so I’m not going to make any”. There were 5 other people waiting at the coffee area trying to get coffee too and they found it empty. They witnessed her talk rudely to us and then she walked away. We all looked at each other in disbelief. The hotel was completely full due to University of Oklahoma graduation weekend and there was only 1 pot of coffee for a hotel that probably had 750+ people staying there. An hour later I received a text from the front desk asking if I needed anything and told them blankets and the bathroom door to be fixed and that I would be leaving soon and gone till late evening. 10hrs later got back-no blankets or door fixed.

The room was outdated looking with a broken lamp.The bed, sheets, blankets and pillows were uncomfortable. We booked a room with 2 queen beds and got a suite with 1 bed and a pull out sofa that my kids slept on. The pull out sofa had dirty sheets that were stained. The staff did bring up clean sheets right away. The free breakfast looked and smelled amazing. The staff was top notch and really went out of their way for guests.

Barbara is an absolute gem. She worked through the card reader, going down, and found me in the amazing hot tub at 7 am. Wonderful stay!

Friendly staff. Room was clean. Needed more outlets in bedroom. Breakfast buffet was ok (fruit options were limited) But an ok stay.

Embassy suites that I have remembered from the past. Nice happy hour, good breakfast. Not thrilled to have a parking fee. Overall would come back!
