Nice place, clean and safe

Excellent locations for those traveling to Cleveland Clinic. The staff was friendly, helpful and made check in a breeze. Highly recommend!

The location is a short drive to Case Western and near hospitals. Self parking is a couple of long blocks away, which was inconvenient when it’s cold and rainy. Valet is $26. The property seems like it’s been updated but not exactly with the best quality furnishings - for example, the dresser appeared to be assembled furniture where the drawer was hard to open. The place wasn’t exactly not clean, there’s just visible dust from being vacant, we assumed. Only other odd thing was their hand soap, shampoo and body seems to be the same. We had a sink, coffee maker and fridge, none of which we used. The restaurant was 24/7 but we didn’t dine there. Staff at front desk and valet were friendly.

Breakfast buffet was overpriced and mediocre at best. Bacon was swimming in grease and water. Eggs we runny and in water. Coffee in lobby was out one morning and missing cups and creamer out the next morning. Staff was very nice and helpful though

We stayed here while my husband had surgery at Cleveland Clinic. The kindness from every staff person was amazing. They were so professional no matter their job. Our room was spotless. The food both in the restaurant and room service was excellent. Highly recommend and will stay there if we need to come back.

Room temp was horrible. I took two days and two engineers to figure out the thermostat was broken. The room was sweltering. The first engineer brought a standing fan and told us to open windows. Don’t think that is the IHG standard. Hotel is run down and doesn’t seem clean. Very disappointed with the stay.

I had a very positive stay at the InterContinental Suites Hotel Cleveland. Its location—just a short walk to the Cleveland Clinic—makes it incredibly convenient, especially for medical visits. The suites are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the shuttle service to and from the hospital is a big plus, particularly in cold weather. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Areas for improvement would include updating the rooms and bathrooms with more modern, upscale finishes and ensuring more thorough housekeeping. Overall, a comfortable and highly convenient place to stay.

Arrived late due to flight delays. Nothing in the area and the resturant and bar close at 10. Suite was spacious but dated and worn furnishings but bed was nice

Valet parking went very smoothly. Everyone was friendly, polite and professional.
